for those of you asking if this game has a monthly subscription...an easy google search will answer your question. just type in good "Does DC Universe Online have a subscription fee?" lol not that hard. I'll make your life easy and say yes. It costs $14.99 per month for both PS3 and PC. On pc you can pay a fee for a lifetime subscription now sure how much though, again ask google if you want to know. You can pay either 1 - 3 or 12 months up to you. Hope this helps someone. First off, thanks for the videos. Second off, WTF am I doing wrong? You said leveling was easy and I am definitely not new to MMO's (though I am to DC) and I am lost. Like REALLY lost. Is there a good place other than your videos to find out what power sets and combat styles are good combinations? lol man leveling is sucha breeze also due to the fact combat is fun , originally i was rolling a dualwield/mental but played dualwield andits horrible , i made a villain who uses handblast / sorc and wow is it fun im already 25 and ive been leveling atleast 5 characters at the same time switching every time i cant get into my server , so ive got a 20 and a 25. i might roll a villain on your server and get 30 maybe we could do some pvp.

I have Champions Online I don't know if you played it but what would you say how this compares besides the DC license thing because thats a small thing to me actually. Can your character look distinct compared to other characters in the game?

Thats a big investment, 60 bucks for a game and a monthly subscription, not everyone has that kind of money to burn and once you pay, you DON'T get it back.

And I own a Xbox 360, PS3, and PC but this game is not looking like it's all that and I hate Xbox.

kassadin you say it runs smoothly maybe thats just for pc because on my ps3 there are so many gliches and issuea. the most annoying issues are teleporting enemies and god mode enemies and by that i mean enemies that dont take damage no matter what i do

only issue I have with launch is that the gampad doesn't work. K+M controls are a little sketch I think because the mouse sensitivity is SO SLOW which makes targeting a bitch. Plus I'm trying to get my wife involved and she def needs the gamepad cuz she is K+M retarded, rofl.

My only complaint so far has got to be the chat system, which is terribly flawed for a PC version. I've also been experiencing substantial crashing problems, still trying to figure those out.

I like the game and think it's great but let's be honest for the pc the targeting can be tedious and the chat is blatantly HORRENDOUS.

+1 on the social structure of the game...I thought CoH was awful, but this game is pretty bad. I guess the bad thing is that I bought the game through Steam and don't have a manual to guide me on the different tabs in the game.

The controls is a very big deal with me. If you could just kinda explain the controls a lil bit in a vid that would be great. Hey mate, I'm an EU player. Just started up a Destiny Sorc and knocked it up to level 15. I'm new to the game, but I have to say I feel underpowered when fighting in World PvP and Alerts. Is Destiny actually worth while later on? Any particular Stats I should be focusing on getting? What about powers, in terms of rotation, if you have any decent advice - I could use it! Cheers mate.

but yea, if you could do the Oolong Alert and finish it, i really wanna see how to beat Chang Tzu, in the beta, with 4 lvl 20's it was mad hard to kill him, there was some trick which we couldnt figure out, cuz none of the team could stay up long enough , even with me healing, but there is like 4 enemies to kill so no pwr regen, lol

soulstorm isnt as good , i've tried it. it takes allong time to cast, unless your in group pvp, you wouldnt really be using it.

the gaurdian pet is i heard a kind of agro pet?, like it give more agro in his attacks even though it sucks, BUT the aggressive pet is a beast, it does a kind of soulstorm of its own which also knocks down people,
