  • Evan is a cool guy but hes definitely the most consistently bloated bodybuilder ive ever seen. Even when he is in contest shape he has the huge bloat under the jaw. But i guess thats just a sign the anabolics are working!

  • @justrelaxin but every sport requires a higher caloric intake, distance runners could eat upto 10,000 calories , mainly from carbohydrate sources, that figure represents maybe a weeks food for an impoveraged African family.

    Yeah he actually is i had a 10 minute conversation with him at the npc nj state bodybuilding championship about how he got into bodybuilding. hes a down to earth, really chill guy, and i actually didnt do much of the talking, so he is a very talkative guy, when hes not eating, posing, or working out i guess ..

    maybe you should start using instinctive training. ask yourself these questions...why do i train 5 days? is it necessary for my body? am i doing my harm than good? should i cut back on my training? how long am i training for? do i exhaust myself on my workouts? do i have the desire and motivation during all 5 days?? should i incorporate more cardio instead? answer those questions and do what works for your own body instead of asking ppl online how you should train YOUR OWN body

  • @M3dlinguy if you set up diet with 5-7 meals a day and you eat them at the same times everyday your body gets what it needs around the clock and stays anabolic. if for a couple days you eat a meal or two 2-3 hours too late your body will go into a "starvation mode" and your meabolism will slow down and muscle production will stop sending you into a muscle breakdown-catabolic state because its not gettin it's nutrients like it usually does at that time. no more than 4 hours between meals
