@M3dlinguy when training s a bodybuilder you NEED to eat 5-7 meals everyday...not only will it be easier to keep track but its better for you body to eat each meal at a set time every day with almost no variations
@M3dlinguy if you set up diet with 5-7 meals a day and you eat them at the same times everyday your body gets what it needs around the clock and stays anabolic. if for a couple days you eat a meal or two 2-3 hours too late your body will go into a "starvation mode" and your meabolism will slow down and muscle production will stop sending you into a muscle breakdown-catabolic state because its not gettin it's nutrients like it usually does at that time. no more than 4 hours between meals

That breakfast looks exactly like mine! I have a protien shake with water and oats upon waking then 30 minutes later 4 egg whites and 2 yolks scrambled with wholemeal toast and a glass of OJ. maybe you should start using instinctive training. ask yourself these questions...why do i train 5 days? is it necessary for my body? am i doing my harm than good? should i cut back on my training? how long am i training for? do i exhaust myself on my workouts? do i have the desire and motivation during all 5 days?? should i incorporate more cardio instead? answer those questions and do what works for your own body instead of asking ppl online how you should train YOUR OWN body

so after years of research and watching hundreds of bodybuilding videos i find one thing in common..almost all bodybuilders pro or amateur are very well off financially i think the supplements, food, gym memberships, and anabolics cut out anyone without pretty deep pockets.

@M3dlinguy if you set up diet with 5-7 meals a day and you eat them at the same times everyday your body gets what it needs around the clock and stays anabolic. if for a couple days you eat a meal or two 2-3 hours too late your body will go into a "starvation mode" and your meabolism will slow down and muscle production will stop sending you into a muscle breakdown-catabolic state because its not gettin it's nutrients like it usually does at that time. no more than 4 hours between meals

That breakfast looks exactly like mine! I have a protien shake with water and oats upon waking then 30 minutes later 4 egg whites and 2 yolks scrambled with wholemeal toast and a glass of OJ. Funny that this guy is like 300lb and i'm only 160.. lol. It goes to show the power of steriods and having a few more yolks!
