I agree it's hard to learn when there isn't heat, the roof is leaking and roaches on the lunch food. It's hard to get good teachers too especially when a school district is violent and the kids don't listen. Allen High School in Allentown, PA is a really bad school and they have a metal detector. Who would want to teach these kids? Most of the time there's a choice however and it's a cop out.

@ACadaver I know Oprah and others raised money to fix the schools in D.C. and Obama is also fixing them. I agree it's hard to learn when there isn't heat, the roof is leaking and roaches on the lunch food. It's hard to get good teachers too especially when a school district is violent and the kids don't listen. Allen High School in Allentown, PA is a really bad school and they have a metal detector. Who would want to teach these kids? Most of the time there's a choice however and it's a cop out.
