A main target of Where 2.0 should be to give a SIMPLE answer to the SIMPLE question "where?", making people smarter and allowing to navigate also without maps.
The presented innovation doesn't give this simple answer, so I'd recommend to google "volksnav" and analyse the YouTube article focusing on this particular aspect.
