Huawei's ADSL products including DSLAM, CPE, ADSL Modem/router, USB modem, ADSL Modem + Wireless are all crappy, hunt the internet a little and you can start collecting complaints from end users about their internet stuff not performing well because of faulty huawei products. In one case, the DSLAM's at the telco failed to connect with a specific product, requiring manual reset of the dslam. Countless offline hours...
Too bad that such awesome technology is being used on crappy products.

Add the faulty product with the complete lack of support from the parent company (huawei) and you just can assume it's a crappy company.
