@zrdm3 yes, you can tell they are operating through the right atrium. you can tell because you can see the chordae tendinae anchoring the right atrioventricular valves, which are tricuspids.
This is the mitral valve, that is exposed through the interatrial septum. we are therefore operating the left side of the heart, being the mitral valve between the left atrium and the left ventricle.
