@clegrair06 some ppl do after cause that way you can clip the str8 pieces that may occur but i suggest before....there is no rule. i would do before though. because to cut with clippers you can have no products or buildup in the hair and if you have no activator in your hair that isnt good for the curls

@725cameron cream and neutralizer usually does. it MAY come with conditioner depending on brand but that's rare. and may have a sample of activator but it wont be enough for your hair, trust
