That isn't true. Antoine played a part on those teams. It wasn't his job to be the leader, take all the ~~~~ from pathetic Celtics fans that only jumped on the band wagon when the team started winning.

From 2001-03 when the Celtics were championship contenders, he was the leader...He was the vocal leader in the huddles (especially in the 02 playoff rally against the Nets)....Dallas already had leaders and he did not fit in that system...Antoine caught a raw deal.

Any Celtic and Heat fan will tell you he is anything but a ball hog and I can't remember him ever taking 40 shots a game. His defense is underated.

I laugh every time I see this. There were more people cheering for that shot at an away game for the Celtics then the home team.
Actually its sad because Antoine could still be in Boston winning but that wasn't good enough for Celtics fans. (blahhhh)

Actually, Celtics fans loved him. That's why Ainge brought him back the way he did, to make fans happy... but when he came back, Antoine wasn't on the team long enough to make chemistry with them, so it was sorta a dissapointing season. Imagine if he came back? lol
