It doesn't let me make that extra jump at 4:47 for some reason. It just falls short of grabbing it after 100 times I've done that part.

@tombraiderfan001 there is a small alcove next to where to found the medipack behind to pillar, inside there is a box, pull it out just enough to get on top of it, use the ledges and grapple and eventually you will get onto the slope (which is now stairs) and at the top of those, look behind you and to the right slightly, and there is a relic :D

How do you jump like that at 4.23? I have the PC game, but I have no idea how to do it. Please help me!
