The knife with the grooves is actually called a sakumoto knife those groves are not for food not sticking to the blade what they are actually fill with fats and such to make a cleaner cut and not tear the meat those serrated knifes never need to be sharpened though

3 of the 4 knifes are not "truly sharp" they were serrated so its pretty much a saw...

those arent full tang, and the blade is cheap. they use cheap metal too
