I concluded some months ago that the rumbling sound started before any visible movement of the top section. You provide some great work, is it possible to translate it into English?
(English will come someday. But the german 'voice' don't tell a lot more than also said in the english texts - just more words for 'less thinking'. (Joke)
Yes, there is a cracking prior to the visible collapse. And some white falling 'dot' leading to an explosion-like collapse of the surrounding (overloaded) columns. About simultaneously there is a jerk in the smoke inside the building seen on the open north face and prior to any visible movement of the twisting north east corner.
