  • I can't even find this, where can you buy one?

  • Question : How do you access PCI slots on the board if the PSU is installed over it? From what I experience, the only time you need to remove the MB tray is when installing the board it self. But when installing for example a new card for the board, from what I can see is you need to remove the tray also, right? That's a big hassle :(

  • dumb screws :D

  • the front fan is huge !

  • I know this is a weird and kind of random question, but, what pencil sharpener do you use to get your pencil so perfect looking?

  • Do any of the 5.25" bays convert into 3.5"

  • I do not it becuase its a dust collector

heavy about of time on cleaning. however I dfo like the color. and the motherboard try can be removed is a strong point. I do like the painted inside.. I am conserned about the dust heavy amout of dust nad heavy amout of cleaning

  • can i install a watercooled grafic card ? how many place is betwen te powersepley and the expentshien slots?(sorry for my english :D)

  • In the HAF 932 reviwe you dotn say that the Mesh serves as a dust filter

  • you talk to fast

  • @thecrazyflyersfan

    You Listen to slow!

  • @jumpingshadow1 lol nice one

  • @thecrazyflyersfan

    thx :P

  • I was thinking of this, but for £10 less you ca get a HAF922, and that has just as good cooling, and so much more extra stuff.

  • @RyanK733 BUT NO REMOVEABLE MOBO TRAY, NO (Sry caps lock) interior paint, and its not as wide, and not as mod freindly

  • I went for the panzerbox, (its abit on the loud side, but in the BIOS i have the fan on quiet, so its sort of OK) and you can even squeeze a GPU up to 14 inches in there :O

But you need the bottom two removeable HDD casing/holder/bays outand into the place where your MB 24pin ATX power supply is, and its one tight squeeze!!!

  • nice idea of a wide short case thats v moddible has anyone else made one thats wide and short like this one?

  • is gtx 295 gonna fit in this case ? =)

  • yeah...u could fit like 3 w/o a problem

  • It will when you put it in a lower PCI-E port, or it may at the top one, depends on the board you have :)

  • Rodney, why are you so engaged in having Removable motherboard trays.

Even in cases that dont have them you always say its a bad thing, it isnt.

That is, if the case has plenty of room.

As in the NZXT Beta, I bought the case, it has plenty of room.

    Yeah.

  • its for dudes who swap parts a lot

  • @BetaOverclocking but you cannot deny it makes assembly easier, even though he may kinda make it a little 2 important

  • Not really. If the compnay designs it badly, removing the tray can be annoying, it also makes it more flimsy. I'd rather have it riveted in the case. It's not such a big deal. But he always mentions it. Especially on cheaper cases, Of course it wont have a removable tray, thats why it's called a BUDGET case.

He makes such a point about it, I don't know. Maybe he should focus on something more important. Like amount of fans or case space.

  • @David12King

Really? My Lancool K7 was less than 100 dollars, has 3 cable management holes, and a removable motherboard tray that works wonderfully.

  • messages not comming true :(

**I want this case! I only have one question.. the case is supposed to house high end full length graphic cards. nvt seeing where the slots are and where the PSU will be i think my gfx will never fit this case.. can somebody pls comfirm?

The card is a 4870 with a Vapor-X cooking system wich makes the crd 1-2 wider due to copper tubes.

  • it will fit, its not wider than any other card, its just longer so it shuldnt be a problem, the case fits 4870x2's so u shuld be fine

  • thanks, but are u sure? i forgot to mention its a sapphire TOXIC edition. The Vapor-X cooling has extended copper tubes in the heatsink wich really make the card wider. maybe u can google on 4870 toxic (vapor-x) and u will see the version i have. thanks in advance.

  • Okay just checked Newegg Revies. A 4870 Toxic CRD will not fit this case :(

  • Will I be able to fit a crossfire sapphire vapor-x hd4890 setup in their?

  • Did u get an answer by someone? i also need to know if the Vapor-X cooling can fit. But seeing the pics of the case.. It doesnt look good :(

  • looks like a tight fit for 10.5inch cards...

  • Wow, the entire reason I would want a removable mobo tray is to be able to access the the back plate for the cpu heatsink. That is a huuuge flaw. Also, no cable management holes. I would never buy this case personally.

  • u can always put some wholes in the mobo tray :P

  • what a bad place for the psu.. no cable management also and the side vent looks ugly with the psu

  • How much does this case go for?

  • hey rodney, i want to ask u a question. I have seen some people used their own custom cases, they've also used the transparent plastic material. Can u tell me what u call that kind of plastic.

  • plexiglass

  • hey thanx for replay

  • Just google Acrylic Cases.

  • those are acrylic cases, and you can actually order them

  • Plexiglas glass or acrylic

  • thank you i have already recievied my answer, look comments below pls. :)

  • i've watched this video before, but don't mind watching again. it even let me rate it 5 stars again! keep up the good reviews.

  • there catching on, we want 100% aluminium cases!

  • Don't forget that Apple was using aluminum in their products (starting with the PowerBook G4) since 2003.

  • 2 handles and it wuld be 100%!

  • id rather get the Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case or the Ultra Grid ATX Mid-Tower Case

  • listen to the way he pronounces aluminum at 3:39

  • WOAH. HES CANADIAN.

  • All Alluminium. :D

  • he said "all aluminum" but said them together

    so it sounts like alluminum

  • i think I may just get that case, i didn't catch the price tag. My guess is the price depends where I buy it

  • i think its an ok case, not kickass. its ugly, its tight fit, no cable management, no cpu back hole and it looks clumsy.

  • I'd say "Great" product not kickass

  • the design is ok but the looks fail

  • I hate where they put the PSU at but the design of the case is cool. They should make an option where you can choose to add 120mm fans and maybe add fan filters. Still super nice thoe.

  • i like the desing of the case

  • tight inside and ugly buttons plus the crazy idea with the PSU makes me hate this case for some reson :-/

And 190 mm FANS?!??! You can't find those @ a local computure store, if one breaks you haft buy one from NZXT for a price over 9000!

  • newegg mofo

  • In Euorpe?

FFS, I don't wanna pay extra for tull and delivery.

USA is not the only region that exist you know...

  • yeah right

  • I'm concerned about the power supply location. I think it would interfere/hit with consumer level video cards.

  • Seems pretty good for a small case

  • RODNEY PLEASE MAKE OTHER BLOOPERS!

  • This case is one of the few with a removable mobo tray, and STILL mister Reynolds complains about the tray :(

  • I've never seen the use of a removable motherboard tray, once you've installed onto it for the first time it's actually more hassle to take out all the cables you have wrapped around and behind it that it is to unscrew the motherboard. Or at least it is for me.

  • Amen to that!

  • i wonder were you got that quote? my guess is crysis? XD

  • I agree about the wires, but in a case like this it would help with installing a new water block, heat sink, or video card.

  • i totally agree

  • @Call1us Because if your like me and have big hands and hate dropping screws and crap then those removable trays are so nice!!! But this is all personal preference.

  • im not going to lie, i really hate nzxt cases..

  • Your opinion. But i love two or 3 maybe but the rest are pretty gay.

  • yeah there not the best quality,

good if your on a budget but

  • Ah, not a big fan of this case, IMO. Aesthetics is extremely important to me in a case, since it is the part of your computer that everyone sees. This case is just too plain for me.

I think I'm going to go for a Cooler Master Storm Scout (guess who's review convinced me?)

  • dam its noisy XD but the removable mobo tray is AWESOME!!! why cant all cases have removable mobo tray?? D:

  • He doesn't post any "Needs Improvement" or "Good"-rated products as he finds it a waste of our time to watch them here on youtube.

You can find all his reviews at his website.

  • watch?v=B5dczuhQpeg&e

  • i would so buy it if it had a side window

  • Baby AT? Never heard of it but sounds small! Not buying it because there is no cable management hole...

  • all his products are kickass products. He never say something bad about cases .

  • He chooses the products himself so he doesn't choose any bad cases. He also has a ranking system, Needs Improvement, Good, Great, Kickass and 100% Kickass. I may have missed something.

  • No, He states a few key things about that case which he doesn't care for; such as the lack of dust filters, and motherboard tray not having a hole to access the coolers retention plate. I have a question for you, though: what do you see wrong with this case? Do you believe that any of the cases he reviews are bad? Or do you perhaps enjoy failure for some reason unknown to you? The most important selling features about a case deepened on you mate, not Rodney, he just shows you the features

  • rodney and his removable motherboard trays

  • nzad?

  • uhm... the fan on the power supply wasnt turning when you let us listen to the stock cooling. :P

  • I like how wide it is. I don't like the big fan in the front though. How loud are those things?

  • Well a very large slow moving fan is just as good as a little fan screaming its brains out. He said these were loud though so I have no clue...

  • hey pause at 3:36

  • N-Zad-X-T?

  • It's the proper way of saying Z.

  • I'm pretty sure it's "Z".

  • No, American's changed the pronunciation to "Zee" because they wanted it to sound that way. Proper British pronunciation is "Zed". Canadians, whom follow the proper British way of pronouncing words say "Zed" as well.

  • Well, shit, I had no idea. It's too bad I talk American, isn't it.

  • It's not necessarily wrong. It is just a dialect of English.

  • like in stargate when that canadian guy who calls the Zero Point Module "ZedPM".

  • Yes, we Canadians say "zed" not "zee" you'll understand why if you ever try to spell out address over phone or playing the Wii especially since the two buttons on the nunchuk are "C" and "Z".

  • The motherboard tray is removable !

  • those aren't gripes. get a jigsaw and cut a cooler retention plate hole. people need to use their imagination. if companys designed and built cases for everyones needs they'd be crazy expensive. as for the cable management holes. buy a drill and some hole saw bits and step up bits and grommit edging.

  • I miss the bloopers :( what happened to them?

  • he got good enough to avoid messing up :) either that or he wants to be more serious now

  • The only gripe is the fans and no hole for the cooler? For me the biggest one would be no cable managment holes... It just makes for such a messy case.

  • nice case, me likey.... fap fap fap fap fap fap........

  • Very nice review, better than computertv, dare I say?1 lol

  • computertv nowadays is total bull and only good for watching Tech Updates, if you really wanna know something about the product wathing 3DGAMEMAN's videos is the right way to go, i've been a big fan of both but computertv is turned a bit weird nowadays

  • computertv never did review . they did product preview . it was meant for commercializing products . 3dgameman doesnt go deep either , it's still best to read review from customer . otherwise , these video just for you to have a better clue what you're getting .

  • Even for tech updates, I find myself reading news blurbs at techpowerup. 3dgameman and PCwizkid are usually where I go for my video reviews.

I agree though, computertv was a huge screwup. They were doing so well until they switched formats.

  • I mean either remove the motherboard tray or the power supply in order to access the pci area. wtf.

  • There is no choice but to have a removable MB tray with where the power supply located. But what a pain in the ass to have to remove the motherboard tray every time you upgrade your graphics card...

  • not realy...i upgrade my graphics card just one time a year...

  • The graphics card was just an example. Yet I'm a tinkerer so removing the psu or mb tray for me is not an option. Then again what do you care? Sounds like this case would work just fine for you.

  • i love tinkering to...but once i put a solid build into place i like not to mess with it for a time+ i don t have to much money right now..i think u need a full tower with watercooling kit...that will give you something to work on :) have a nice day

  • some time*

  • if this was built for lan party they should have put atleast a handle on top, like the cm storm scout.

  • Nice review, interesting case.

But stock fans sounds like a jet plane O.o

  • i dont really like how the psu is mounted..would much rather have it mounted at the top or bottom horizontally and also its to be expected that their is no cable management holes because this case is really cheap and affordable imo plus you can always just drill some holes if it matters that much to you..oh and the space behind the mb tray is a plus. just my 2 cents.

  • ooo, looks like a mini Antec 900 :D

  • new ideas thats what we need it

  • The fans are loud and at least one of them makes rattle sounds...

But being able to install a huge radiator for watercooling on the top makes it quite interesting.

  • Cool.

  • I like this case. Good looking and perfect size to stand on my desk. Good job rodney ;)

  • how will you fit wc in there if its that of a small case...

  • Most likely by using a wc system that is primarily external with just the blocks for needed components and minimal pipes inside.

  • Youtube won't load the video past 4 minutes :( I don't know the final conclusion and the rating!

  • click refresh

  • I tried that and still stopped at about the same place :(

I guess I'll try back later

  • I guess I'll just stop watching the reviews, because everything is a kickass product. If I see a review by you anymore I'll just say to myself "Yep, that's probably something worth buying".

  • not really, it depends on what you want..

If you search for a new case with lots of room this case would be a bad choice.

  • this case isn't for me, it looks bad, i prefer lian li p60 or haf 932, thera are very good cases :)

  • This is a small mid tower case.. The two you mentioned are full tower cases which are absolutely incomparable..

  • the motherboard tray is removable, rodney is in heaven :P

  • Need HD

  • 16th!!!!!!!!!

  • I GET STUCK AT 2:47

  • Hey rodney could you tell us how far from the case you put the microphone when you do the "listen to the stock cooling"

That information would help me understand how loud it would be from where I put my comp.

  • FUCK SALT!

  • Does a Gigabyte 9800GTX+ 1GB With a Zalman Fan fit in this case?

  • lol

    Of course!

  • My friend has one of these. EPIC!

  • hehe any there can say som cool budget gamer cases? whit window in the side please ;D

  • Check out the Antec 900

  • Try the Coolermaster 690 but if you have the cash to spare the handles on the Storm Scout are awesome to have and nice lights Their basically the same but you can get a side window for the 690 for like $15.

  • review already? nice review, even though i'm not looking for a mid-tower case...

  • does the vertical psu effect the gpu fans? 0_0

  • great review there Rodney

  • First Shitty Comment, But Great Video. I really enjoyed it :)

  • It was funny, I was up last not watching the unboxing and I was like, I wonder when he'll upload the video review.
