You dont have to be a genious to see that this is a gross missuse of power. Keep chipping away and hopefuly the truth will out and those responsible will be brought to account. SOMEBODY made the decision to arrest and investigate, WHO and WHY must be answered. Keep it up....we'll all benefit so thanks for your persistance

Its interesting to note that from the video time 2:55 to 3:20 of Nick Herbert's reply, the same words could be used in the context that an individual has no recourse against the police as much as an individual has no recourse against cyber stalking, in fact may have less recourse against the police because of their misuse of power and unaccountability ,being able to hide within the organisation and no one individual to be taken to task.
