Great video. Shooting is so important and something you should practice everyday. All you need is a ball and a wall (plus this way you can work on your receiving as well). I always tell my players to focus on proper technique. Just use good technique and guide it on goal. Head over the ball, smooth follow through, good contact point. You will be surprised how hard you can hit the ball just focusing on technique.
