Well, I don't think that the Death Note is going to be any help to Chii here. You see, Roxas is a Nobody.

The Death Note's first rule is, "The human whose name is written in this notebook shall die."

Nobodies may look it, but they aren't human. Therefore, I don't think the Death Note will have any effect whatsoever on Roxas.
