@basementtapes Actually, this song was suppose to be on TGSNT. It was made for the original version of the album, but never came out in retail because Atlantic held back Saigon from putting out his best material. He was then forced to put out the album for free as a "mixtape" called The Moral of the Story, which served as a prequel to the album (at the time). It's called "Saigon Meets Just Blaze" on there. Go cop that if you don't have it, it's just about as good as TGSNT...
There are 50 states. However, in Congress (House of Representitives), there are couple of non voting representivites from US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. I'm not even american and i know that.
