i dont know how people want a lot to have 6 packs come on it's easy(and u have to do different exercises for all muscles not only for abs), just burn fat ( in man case cuz its located most of it there) and eat well( like meat,eggs,salad,fruit...) and do a little bit of exercise during the week and u will get abs fast.

@sophiaG1996 do different forms of ab workouts every other day for about 10 mins. i do 50 reps each. the workout i do is... vertical leg crunches (with 10lbs), situps (with 10lbs), crunch elbow toward knee, double twist, leg raises, and alternate crossing of the feet. i'm naturally thin, if you have some weight on you, you need to do cardio (bike riding, running,swimming)

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

Please be careful of this exercise if you have any back issues. Not a safe move for most. Sorry. No mention of pelvis stability. Yikes! If your abs are truly engaged the lower and lift are unnecessary. Hip flexors are doing all the work.

You want to lose weight, invest a little for a healthier lifestyle. Exercise balls are fairly cheap at any local walmart along with any other basic exercise equipment.
LOVE IT! I am new to exercising and your videos are AWESOME, you tell us exactly what and how to do them. Keep up the great work, I have 3 kiddos so it's hard to go to the gym. At home exercising is terrific.
@yellowpeep95 That is up to you to decide. Only you know how many you can handle at one session, what other exercise you do, how much you weight atm, etc, etc.
Personally I would probably do it in intervalls, maybe 20-30 at a time and some other "moves" inbetween.

In responce to CheappBarbie's comment, you can use a shoe/trainer instead of a ball. You can use anything as long as your holding something between your feet as it activates your thigh muscles..

I've been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I'll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)
2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours) - include a protein source with each meal
3) Follow the nutrition plan from the "Fat Loss Customized" program (I can't provide a meal plan here)

@TikTok190 someone told me to use cocoa butter. im using it now and it seems like its working. but it works slowly though so you have to apply it everyday. if you know a faster way do you mind telling me?

@yellowpeep95 That is up to you to decide. Only you know how many you can handle at one session, what other exercise you do, how much you weight atm, etc, etc.
Personally I would probably do it in intervalls, maybe 20-30 at a time and some other "moves" inbetween.

In responce to CheappBarbie's comment, you can use a shoe/trainer instead of a ball. You can use anything as long as your holding something between your feet as it activates your thigh muscles..
