I know the monkey did his own stunts, but ,, dude ... that is a pretty MAJOR drop at 3:07

Maybe they dropped a fake monkey on that scene, It's a very short clip , and you can barely see the transition.

PS: I wander if the monkey ever learned how to carve on his toes. If you look at the movie , the monkey's on his heels all of the time .

@usergroupX Hi, no, I don't know the mountain, maybe at the end of the credits they listed it. I only put up the clips because I'm a Robby Benson fan. I watched the clip again and it does look like a live monkey, you can see the arms move. Maybe it's just camera tricks and the drop is not as big as it appears?

You are right! the arm does move !! maybe it's a dude in a monkey suit. That is a Major drop, and I'm certain that a monkey would get hurt if dropped from that height. (it would be pretty mean if they did drop a monkey ... )lol
