What makes a man to be the best guitarist, has to do with it - very great creativity and fluidity. Here is not used the exercises for guitar in melody, like other guitarists do, all of them. But, originality, that is real music with great wisdom.

i have the david gilmour relic strat as well as a strat with the emg dg20 active pickups and i can come close to the sound but, nowhere near perfect. lots of factors though.

I can only describe the Guitar sound as "gold plated notes". Gorgeous.

Do I have to fork out £1500 to get the same model of Guitar, or can I achieve the sound with a Strat? Easy answer... if a Strat vould do it, a Strat would be what he used....

Hi, I was thinking the same thing when i first saw this, but I've also checked out the Gretsch pro jet. Same make of guitar, same type pickups - mini humbuckers -, only less controls. Very bluesy though, like this guitar.
