  • That dude got a dead eye???

  • A great example of this is Brewster Vs Golota (1st round KO)

  • 3:05 for a real fight example of this watch Mike Tyson vs. Michael Johnson.

  • MAKE MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS.

This is immeasurably better than interviews about random drama/fight making bullshit.

  • The most important thing is being defensively responsible, any man can throw punches, not every man can get out of the way of them.

  • Elie put a freakin description at least the name for people with short term memory loss ...what was his name

  • @madbent100 Is your name Freddie roach

  • If you guys watch a prime Bernard Hopkins, that exactly how Hopkins would throw hooks. He was a seek and destroy kind of fighter, very offensive, yet didn't get hit at all.

  • why didnt he do that with klit in the rematch. klit throws lots of jabs

  • Comment removed

  • Yo @ESNEWS as LB if he would give W.Klitcshko a rematch if they offer him a $10.000.000 purse

  • good shit.

  • getting this tips from someone like lamon who knows the shit is a precious thing, good vid

  • like a dawwwwl

  • Awesome vid! Larry Merchant needs to see this...

  • Excellent video setback & that's a very nice gym btw. :-)

  • good video, but fuck elie u say the dumbest shit

  • one of your better videos Elle!

  • Lamont honestly seems lke a great trainer. He trains fighters from what he's learnt as a fighter as opposed to what he's observed.

  • Science of boxing: Hit without getting hit.

  • @therock343 Tell that to Margarito..

  • I got a good left hook from watching Joe Frazier but this stuff is pretty good advice i think

  • boxing is a science folks.

  • elie where is this gym located at?

  • This is Great Advice Hit and Move thanks God praised be Jesus Mary St Joseph and Heaven God Glory Ne to our Lord Jesus Christ Amen hey man Thanks

  • Ellie don't put that kid on the spot like that. Give Lamon your camera and you demonstrate to us if you learned anything about throwing hooks. You were the one asking all the questions so you should show us.

  • i think Fraziers and Tysons hooks were better

  • @sparx2k9 most definitely but this guy understands the science of boxing much better, it seems weird but tyson could never explain how he generated so much power!! He was a phenom, incredibly powerful but a shit teacher lol

  • @Boylo2492 lol seems like Tysons hooks were more powerfull but Fraziers hook seems sharper. When Tyson uses his left hook he usually dips to the left and just lunges like an animal lol

  • ask him how to smother an opponents offense while fighting on the inside...similar to what Victor Ortiz is gonna do to Andre Berto

  • great video Lamon brewster knows his shit, elie got another video where he breaks down the same type of technique where the fighter throws punches and hit angles to avoid getting hit, elie please put some more videos out like these one here. I definitely need to go to fighting connection, their gym looks kinda sick too, my gym is kinda suspect

  • Nice. I do like a squatting motion. With my left leg forward, I would squat and "wind up" my inner thigh I guess, and then I would unwind my left leg, while at the same time lunging in with my right leg and left hook forward. The hook this guy is more for like the inside. The hook I throw has more range I think. I mimicked his movements and I could feel the power he was talking about though. I never winded up as much as him though. Good trick though.

  • Appreciate u going from gym to gym putting all the wisdom from these trainers on tape

  • cool story bro

  • Gotta turn the palm down too Lamon! Nice video what a good guy giving up his time.

  • sit DOWN on the HOOK! Most people don't know SHIT about boxing.

  • @xBlasian86x LOL

  • @xBlasian86 boxing is backwards. I teach my sons . cause I learned a long time ago. Your punches start with your legs. your defense start with your legs. Boxing start with your brain. Fighting starts with your heart, courage , will and fearsuccess in the ring starts with preparation. you teach balance, you teach hit and move. teach your offense creates defense which creates offense. Boxing is a science... physical/mentall. metaphysical. I love this sport
