  • No law, no tax. That the "gov" refuses to show the "law" proves that there is no such "law", only force at the point of the gun.

Those unwilling to stand against this injustice are cowards.

  • Anyone posting hate comments is just an idiot brain washed to spread hate, thats how they win, they segment us all into groups, (hate this group) call them names etc.... people just need to wake up and see that we are all the same, just with different opinions... in regards to the video, all the laws state that Taxes are VOLUNTARY, but if you don't pay them they will throw you in a small box until you do.

The way Taxes are set - up in this country .... its illegal / un - constitutional.

  • just because the government uses it's police power to coerce you to pay income taxes at the barrel of a gun doesn't mean it's legal, or moral for that matter. It's called tyranny, and there's a reason than an income tax wasn't provided for in the original articles. Because it's a primary tool of tyrants to control the people.

  • If you are not going to pay your taxes, and think the 16th amendment is the way to avoid it, you are sadly mistaken. The reality is the 16th amendment ratification issue is pointless.

Congress is allowed to tax you, read the constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 1. This is the law which allows the federal government its power to impose taxes. The 16th amendment is meaningless, ratification or not. It's a pointless argument used by lawyers to steal your money before they send you to jail.

  • @bwhite890 apparently you stopped reading at section 8, because article 1 section 9 paragraph 4 states that “No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein directed to be taken.”

Last I checked, the census numbers had no effect onincome taxation. Furthermore, the clause you are referring to is talking about indirect taxation (like sales taxes, excise taxes, export tarrifts, etc).

  • This marketed target of this video is inbred toothless trailer park retards.

  • @Tubeusercomm I agree but Ed Brown himself told me to make it and even picked out the artist to appeal to younger people

  • @majikspell1

Ed Brown is a gullible fool who fell hook, line and sinker for a load of legal fallacy bullshit.

Doe he want younger people to follow him to prison?

  • @Tubeusercomm You dont even know Ed. He is good people just didnt play his cards right. Looks like your a fed and im gonna have to delete all your posts.

  • @Tubeusercomm is it wrong to stand up for what you believe in? There is definitely concerns about the legitimacy of the income tax laws. Ed was just defending his right to free speech and requesting for the exact code for income tax be made available to him. Just because people have been following along with a scheme for a long time doesn't make it legit. It's unreasonable for people for follow a law that's undocumented. I think more people should fight, it. They can't arrest everybody.

  • im only filing aslong as i get money back XD

  • then why do you fight so hard to prove its right

all the facts show its been a bully tax from jump street

  • RETSQUID IS AN IRS AGENT .....POOR BASTARD IS A SOLO TAX FIGHTERFOR UNCLE SAM Sent here to thwart anti tax protesters from the uprising

BE nice my friends for he is a sheep and must do as he is told all and all he is good for kicks

  • I agree with much of what is said. There are many fraudulent things going on today and much of it is based on bankruptcy of the corporation (U.S.A.). However, if you continue to study the legal system has everything in place. A U.S. Citizen is a corporate citizen and a U.S. Citizen is defined in Public Law by congress as a "tax payor". There doesn't need to be another law stating you are obligated to pay an income tax. If we were a country that used the Constitution then it would be different.

  • If you are a "US CITIZEN" you are required to pay income tax because you are a subordinate to the US Congress. That's the part they don't tell you.

  • @yankdini99

It does not matter if you are a citizen or not, anyone with income within the U.S. has to pay income tax.

  • @RetSquid TROLL

  • @NOTSODOTCALM

It took you FOUR months of research to come up with THAT?!?! How sad...

  • @RetSquid ok AGENT RETSQUID ........LOSER

  • @NOTSODOTCALM

No real difference between a hour and four months. Little thought process over time, huh?

Next time, wait six months, maybe you'll come up with a better line.

  • @RetSquid its just funny agent that no matter the time lapse as I come and go I find you spend all your time fighting for a tax law you say is fair when the fact is everybody wishes it gone

but like a good trained sheep to carry on ......

The fear the bullshit IRS feeds on is getting weaker with every year ....

so with that spend your last days doing your work and good luck ...

THX FOR THE GOOD TIMES AGENT

  • @NOTSODOTCALM

"tax law you say is fair when"

That's funny, I don't think I have ever said that.

  • All income tax go to Federal Reserve Banks!!

US government can not get any of them at all.

Jewish bankers get US income tax.

At least US should audit IRS!!!

  • IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE!!

Thats who eminem wishes he was.

    give it a listen.

  • FIRED

  • Syndrah, that's where you're wrong. Who thinks owns you're banks and politicians? The same people that own ours. The only way they can take your property here is if you let them by signing you're rights away. You all should read those papers you sign for employment which only a handful of people don't make you sign. You sign you're rights away for green pieces of paper. The taxes you refer to as 'better' is income tax, as for sales tax, gas tax and tariffs yeah they pay a lot more.

  • U.S. government.....you're fired.

  • I hate the way the audio goes from really soft to really loud on this video. I can't listen to it for fear of waking up the whole house and if I use headphones it blasts my ears.

  • poor Ed, gonna spend the rest of his life in jail

  • send back your social security number, and claim your rights as a free human being, gov can't tax you if your no longer an employee :o) thinkfree(dot)ca

  • Idiot.

  • Just curious why you called this guy

"N1IGHTSKY1" an idiot over his statement "send back your social security number, and claim your rights as a free human being, gov can't tax you if your no longer an employee :o)" under the video title "Show me the Law and Ill pay the taxes! (Featuring Eminem)" What the gentleman stated is true, you can rescind your number. If you are interested, the information is there, you may have to search a little, but it is there.

  • Because it is idiotic.

  • Thank You for the in depth explanation. I am glad we were able to converse on such an intellectual level. I look forward to possibly hearing your opinions in the future.

  • You're quite welcome.

The long answer is that the courts have held for years that "opting out" isn't an option.

  • first do research before looking like a idiot

  • I've done the research. Nightsky is wrong.

What he's suggesting is that you quit your job and go live in a cave because if you think you can still live in a house/apartment without money, you're seriously deluded.

If you think you can get a job without a SS number, you're mistaken (an SS number is proof that you can legally work in the United States).

  • ""(an SS number is proof that you can legally work in the United States).""

now would that be United States the land? or United States the corporation?

  • "now would that be United States the land? or United States the corporation?"

    You're kidding.

  • the tax laws were writen for the corporations not the workers but as always they turned the tables on us this they do best due to us not checking being so tired from working for the man. good plan hey?

  • go to losthorizons and read ...no , STUDY cracking the code and learn how to play the game. the tax system is fine its the IRS thats corrupt. i told them where to go and so can you.. legaly and without fear.

  • I support Ed and Elaine Brown.

Their refusal to pay income tax is not only right, but legal.

In fact, the taxes that the Browns are being forced to pay is illegal.

The right of government to collect income tax was never made into law.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • I also heard that when the 16th amendment was passed around the states for ratification, the states kept changing it. This fact alone nullifies the 16th amedment, as if it imposed any new taxes anyway.

  • "I also heard that when the 16th amendment was passed around the states for ratification, the states kept changing it. This fact alone nullifies the 16th amedment, as if it imposed any new taxes anyway."

I'd love to see you stand before a judge and say that with a straight face.

  • well it definatly would be nerve-racking knowing that the judge doesn't recognize my rights under the constitution anyways.

Also knowing that he could put me away under statute and not law. Or even answer my reasonable question, "where exactly is the law forcing me to pay income tax?"

I ask you, go to each state capitol archive and see how many different versions of the 16th amendment there are...

oh wait, you won't have to, just read "The Law That Never Was"

    cause its author did.

  • Ah, yes. "The Law That Never Was" written by William "ex-convict and permanently enjoined from ever hawking his material again" Benson.

    You do realize Benson lost?

  • is it out of the question to suggest that the judge was pressured for a certain ruling? Or had an interest in perpeuating fraud?

Why does the courts refuse to show the law that these certain people are sujbect to? Why do they feel it necessary to "coach" the jury of his peers?

It couldn't be because they wouldn't be able to produce the law, could it?

We have lived i a tyranny for far to long, I'm forced to pay into social security knowing that I'll never see the money. Is that fair?

  • "is it out of the question to suggest that the judge was pressured for a certain ruling? Or had an interest in perpeuating fraud?"

    Yes on both counts.

"Why does the courts refuse to show the law that these certain people are sujbect to? Why do they feel it necessary to "coach" the jury of his peers?"

Oh, you mean like instructing the jury as to what the law is? Yeah, that's really conspiratorial.

    cont...

  • "It couldn't be because they wouldn't be able to produce the law, could it?"

And that's why Irwin Schiff, Wesley Snipes, Whitey Harrell, Kent Hovind and Sherry Peel Jackson have been convicted.

"We have lived i a tyranny for far to long, I'm forced to pay into social security knowing that I'll never see the money. Is that fair?"

First of all, you don't know what living under real tyranny is. Secondly, if you don't like the system, there's always Somalia.

    I suggest you move there.

  • wow what a bland tired overused argument...

"shut up and be happy with the country you have, don't try to improve it, fight for freedom, and attempt to haltt the exploitation of you and oyur children because it is worse in other countries."

you should be ashamed of yourself, but you probably arn't. Ya know we used to be the beacon of light on the hill for a reason. People greater than us fought for true freedom. what a waste......

  • It is worse in other countries. You've obviously never been anywhere outside the United States.

I have and I'm here to tell you that this is it, this is all there is.

This is quite possibly the best country on Earth. We have it so much easier than everyone else.

This is why I have to laugh when you throw words around like "tyranny" because you have no idea what tyranny, real tyranny, is.

  • "I have and I'm here to tell you that this is it, this is all there is."

which brings us to my point, we should defend our liberties like a jealous spouse! After all, liberties are like sand. Lose em and its hard to get them back.

Anyway, I'm pretty certain in the very near future we will have a taste. we've been living on borrowed time, and I don't want to be the one to say I told you so when we are starving in the streets or a FEMA camp with millions of other Americans.

  • "Anyway, I'm pretty certain in the very near future we will have a taste. we've been living on borrowed time, and I don't want to be the one to say I told you so when we are starving in the streets or a FEMA camp with millions of other Americans."

In the meantime, I suggest you loosen up your tin-foil hat. You're starting to pick up Mexican television with that thing.

  • laugh it up... you will need all the sense of humor you've got.

Do you even know where that "tin foil" hat shit originates? It's called a faraday cage.

But alas with such an insane rejection of reality such as what you've illustrated, you only solidify your painfully obvious status as a meat-popsicle.

3million jobs lost in the past months

a 70% increase of new Federal Reserve Notes since november

20k army troops patrolling home... and you still fail to see the path we are on?

  • Oooh, yeah, the United States is going to hell in a handbasket!

That'd certainly get you off the hook, wouldn't it? That way you'd have an excuse to justify your failed life.

And it figures you'd know what a Faraday Cage is.

  • Hmm... I don't feel i've failed.

I might have had a slow start but I still enjoy breathing. I've had cancer at 15 and just finished a marathon recently, and am concerned with the current fascist shift our country is experiencing. No, I have self worth and feel needed.

I do believe society needs its watchdogs; ready to alert the sleeping populace in order to prevent catastrophe.

Do you feel that history is cyclical? Are we headed towards hyperinflation or a globalist plantation?

  • "I do believe society needs its watchdogs; ready to alert the sleeping populace in order to prevent catastrophe."

And you're doing a piss poor job of it.

If being a watchdog means you listen to perennial losers like Benson, no thanks - I'll do my own looking out.

  • lolz, try going to australia or canada, its much better and peaceful.

  • Oh yeah, those two countries are a real tax dodgers paradise.

Their taxes are worse than ours.

  • .....uhm...not really, they dont take your property if you dont pay taxes. theres no real penalty if you dont pay taxes. common law stuff.

  • i don't care if you are white, black, yellow, green,or blue every american should be outraged at what is happening.justice is supposed to be blind but it is not, anyone who likes to question 'athority' is seen rite away and found guilty before they are even talked to,something must change.

  • White America? Has Eminem looked in the mirror lately? No, I imagine not. Why does he want to try and stirr up hatred? Disgusting! Americans are all colors!

  • No they're not.

American's are not defined by color, but rather social status and fiscal power. Everybody else, [under those levels of social status/fiscal power] is a slave to the system, and therefore, for lack of a better term, a nigger.

Nigger is a term to define ignorance, not color, and most people in America, the people that build your roads, manufacture your cars(like my father[who is black]), or fix your plumbing are niggers. Chances are, YOU are a nigger, too.

  • That's why you shouldn't be blinded, but enlightened to the truth.

In songs like this, "White America" or the entire Nas' "Untitled" album the words 'white America' or 'Nigger' aren't directed toward ANY particular races, but social/political/corporate agendas.

This is a great Eminem song, don't disrespect it.

If anybody has more information on what I can do in this country without a social security number/how to go about not paying 'income' tax, please share it with me...

  • I suggest everybody watch two videos on google video: "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" and "Magnificent Deception". Learn how they deceive you in these defacto courts. Ed Brown is a true patriot, if you don't support him they will be knocking on your door next, for what ever reason they make up. Stop being funding these tyrants and fight for freedom, stop paying illegal taxes NOW. Don't expect freedom from this regime, take it.
