  • Looking at this, it's funny to think how it all turned out: they planned on making, "play/show this file" buttons for each icon, but instead they've simply made drag-->drop show the file on the Plasma desktop.

  • A nice capability! But I am little skeptical about overusing this one. It should be considered well, especially with concern to the size of icons. It would be no good idea to force your users to "pixel-hunt". However I am keen to see there a button for opening presentations/pdfs/documents/e­tc. in fullscreen mode or so. I actually thought of something similar lately - I think the upper left corner would fit it best! ;)

  • A really great idea, I'm thrilled about KDE 4 and testing it. (But as my default I will always prefer simple lightweights such as XFCE.)

    KDE is so innovative and progressive!
