  • I like these two. They're quite sadistic and love killing people.

  • Hey wait a minute. Thats Kane and Lynch's first job together isn't it?

  • i love it how he says "dr tynan sent us!" 1:45

its as if he is talking to an old person in a retirement home who takes ages to understand the most simplest of things!

  • BITTEN BY THE BUG hahahhaa

  • am i the only person who would like to see wint and kidd as walmart greeters?

  • @zyzor If at first you can't find the electronics, Mr. Kidd?

  • @Wierdperson31 don't short circuit mr.wint, don't blow a fuse mr. kidd

  • @zyzor don't short circuit mr. Wint, don't blow a fuse mr. Kidd.

  • @KOHF34: Actually, their gay/homosexual.

  • god i love this movie!

  • That's Crispin Glover's dad as Mr. Wint.

  • 1 person got bitten by the bug.

  • 2:15 Awkward! lol

  • Well, at least Crispin Glover knows where he gets his acting from.

  • The Sacred Band of ancient Thebes has already proven it: Lovers are the most effective killers.

  • Dynamic-Duo with a twist .-)

  • Best gay villians ever!

  • The new bond films need some charactors like this. May be they could reappear in more than one film like Jaws.

  • @biggest007fan Except they got their asses kicked, so a reappreance doesnt make much sense.

  • @biggest007fan Mr Wint blew uo and Mr Kidd got burned to death unless they're ghosts they can come back

  • @biggest007fan I agree with you, a new enemy (even several) of that kind would be just perfect.

  • My favourite henchmen.

  • i have to say the miss is very attractive........if your into women...XD!!!

  • The creepiest Bond villains ever, shame they didn't re-appear in later movies.

  • theyre not gay in the original novel

  • @SAINTofKILLERS2000

    Um, yeah they are.

  • gay assassins XD

  • best henchmen ever!

  • A good comedy double act, but bump into them and you won't be laughing! XD

  • @ZetaStormZero The scene was actually filmed as well. It`s on the "Behind the scenes" featurette on the DVD.

  • Bruce Glover said in an interview that he was told to act like Peter Lorre when playing Mr. Wint. Putter Smith on the other hand just acted like himself, since this was his first movie. It worked out pretty well for both.

  • ITS BOB & TONY!

  • love the bond films, but Why didn't they take the diamonds to Blofeld Themselves?! That made no sense to me.

  • @ilovejourney1 I guess they demanded an amount of money from Blofeld that it would be cheaper for Blofeld to hire smugglers and then hire Mr Wint and Mr Kidd to dispose of them after he had enough diamonds for the sattelite.

  • @TheSenator007 Yeah,I that works. I try not to dwell on THIS Bond movie too much.

  • @ilovejourney1 This was the last shipment of diamonds, so, Blofeld had everybody connected to the supply line whacked before the authorities got wind of what he was up to. Bruce Glover & Putter Smith are great as Mr Wint and Mr Kidd.

  • @railman01 The funny thing about that: The murders of the dentist is what led to the mi6 putting Bond on the mission. If they didnt kill anybody they would have gotten the diamonds to blofeld b4 anybody noticed.

  • LOL ive just realised that they kind of contrict what they said earlier about "if God had wanted one to fly he would have given him wings yet later on in the film they get on a plane there such crazy bastards and LOL at 1:17 "AHHH"

  • Very good timing! Wouldn't we all be taken by surprise!

  • So how did they manage to pull that off? Did they trick the dentist or was he grappled?

  • They had the creepiest theme of any Bond henchmen ever!!!

  • Are they gay?

  • i want to know that too are they?

  • Yes. Very much so. Ian Fleming thought homosexuals made the most effective killers and spies.

  • @denzellskater

    "That's most annoying."

They were in the book, and it was implied in the film, so probably.

  • LOL these two made this movie! My favourite two villeins of any of the films, they just have an extra cunning and chillingness about them. and the music here is excellent, this theme was played in most of their scenes.

the only thing I didn't like was how easily they were killed off in the end. they really should have killed Bond twice and then when it got to the final scene they were both killed within a couple of minutes. :(

  • They couldn't just shoot him; no, they HAD to put a scorpion down his back! I can;t decide if that's funny, clever or just stupid!

  • the background music is just amazing in this scene, its very dark

  • @scoutcomptonfan666 Well, they are very dark fellows.

  • @scoutcomptonfan666 Yep. The movie is probably the campiest of the Connery movies, but the music is fantastic.

  • these two were some of the most dangrous villains in a bond film coz they didnt seem like bad guys u wouldnt be able to tell they were about to kill you its funny how Wint says if God had wanted man to fly he would have given him wings and they never call each other by there first names lol

  • My mother took me to this movie in theaters. I asked why they held hands at the end of this scene and she explained: "They're VERY good friends."

  • Yeah, right.

  • hehe.

  • @KOHF34 wait they were actually gay i thought that at first but then i doubted it

  • @KOHF34

    You know this one?

A mother and her little child encounter two dogs in a compromising position. The child: "Mommy, what are the dogs doing?"

The mother: "You know, one of them is blind and the other is pushing it across the street."

    XD

  • @KOHF34 In other words they were bent as nails! XD

  • mr kid reminds me of art garfunkel, i think its just the hair lol

  • Mr. Kidd, (Putter Smith) in real life, is an American jazz bassist, and teacher.

  • Did you know that Mr Wint (Bruce Glover) is George McFly (Crispin Glover)'s father in "Back To The Future" in real life?

  • Your sentence is weird! But yes.

  • This may be my fave Bond movie. IMO, it's a comedy with a Bond film written around it. You can't take this film very seriously.

  • I fricking love this movie! Saw it in BFI Southbank a few weeks ago, absolutely brilliant! Great henchmen, needs to be used in a Red Bull commercial! Haha!

  • They both remind me of Matt Lucas and David Walliams.

  • they were definitely an influence

  • Mr. Wint is disturbing and Mr. Kidd reminds me of that guy on Mythbusters lol

  • At 1:16 you see Mr. Wint drop a scorpion down the dentist's shirt. My high school biology teacher (who was a huge Bond fan) said that a single scorpion could never kill a man (although the sting would be rather nasty).

  • It actually depends what kind of scorpion...there are very venomous scorpions in the desert

  • Lots of far-fetched/impossible things happen in James Bond films. One isn't supposed to look into it that far. It is only entertainment, after all.

  • in doctor no, Bond fights a deadly tarantula, only its an Avicularia avicularia, not native to the story's location, certainly not venomous, has one of the mildest bites of any tarantula, and is very docile.

  • Mr. Wint is George McFly's dad! (Bruce Glover)

  • Crispin Glover.

  • The resemblance is obvious. lol

  • the flute is chilling.

  • nice theme music for a pair of killers

  • Bit homophobic

  • Those two are scary......

    and apparently gay.

  • that musical score is on time and brilliant

  • ha when i first saw them holding hands, i thought they were gay. and they are!!! im gay

  • lol im just kidding!

    v

    v

  • Wint and Kidd Victims:

    Joe (Killed off-screen)

    Dr. Tynan (Scorpion)

    Helicopter Pilot (Bomb)

    Mrs. Whistler (Drowned)

Shady Tree (Shot, as shown in deleted scene)

Plenty O' Toole (Bound and Drowned)

    These guys were creeps.

  • @KOHF34 I think Joe was the helicopter pilot since he was who Tynan was meeting. Either Tynan was early or Joe was late.

  • These guys are even more scary in the novel.

  • haha now im not even gonna bother reading it!

  • Seriously. They stomped on Bond wearing football cleats.

  • Yeah, and Mr Kidd had white hair, at the age of 30...

  • And they reeeeaaaaalllly loved ther job. It's even more obvious then in the movie.

  • creepy bastards hehe

  • Curious, how everyone who touches these diamonds seems to... die.

  • I love Diamonds are Forever, just for those two LOL

That haunting flute whenever they appear on screen & you just know someone's going to snuff it :oD

  • lol they little like excited little kids when they give him the bomb.

and at the end when theyre holding hands. lol that is definetly a first.

  • those two creeps scared the crap outta me as a kid, due to the fact that they seemed so nice, but then they just show their true colors as cold blooded killers.

  • i love these two they are so funny

  • "Curious, how everyone who touches those diamonds seems to...die." One of my favorite lines in all of Bond.

  • It was also a great year for world events, television, and liberal thinking....I miss those days so much.....even as a 90's kid.

  • Joe could'nt make it tonight....ha.....

  • CLASSIC. Just CLASSIC. And a much better time to live.

  • In the book, Wint and Kidd were clearly homosexual.

For some reason Ian Fleming posited that homosexuals could make the most dangerous hitmen.

  • They are awesome! They got a great sense of black comedy to them, and a haunting theme song. Love them.

  • My all time fav henchmen/villians
