Respectfully, CO2 is a direct cause of climate change. It's a greenhouse gas along w/methane, and is a bi-product of combustion from cars, power plants & every industry that uses energy to produce. If all we did was farm, eat, and live entirely un-industrialized, you'd be right...Except we don't live at all like that. While it's true that forestation can reduce the amount of CO2 that one mid-sized coal burning plant produces, you would have to plant an old growth forest the size of Ohio.

Water Vapor has a lot more impact and comprises a lot more of our atmosphere than CO2. Human CO2 is less than 2 percent of the atmosphere!
