How To Show Hidden Files - Windows Vista

When i do this the Box that i unchecked stays but the view hidden files doesn't it just go back to do not view

hi! how can i see ALL hidden files in my music folders(like the album covers and so on)...sorry if it seems stupid quetion but my vista won`t let me burn an audio cd when i have the music track with the album cover(picture)

IVE DONE EVERYTHING AND IT DOESNT WORK IM TRYING TO FIND MY APPDATA THAT IS HIDDEN AND I CANT FIND THE FOLDER OPTIONS IVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE

help me i did clicked on hide files because i didnt want other people looking at them and it hid all my music and my pictures and i was like :O!!!!! how do i get those files back?

HI, try to go through folder options as shown here and check if the appropriate boxes are ticked. If that doesn't solve it I'm unsure.

hey, we got worried early today coz we can't find the pics transfered in my pc. is it a virus that makes it hidden? then i decided to check youtube and i found yours first. yes! i found the lost files again. BTW, what do you mean in the last part to reset the options back to default? can you tell the steps? thanks again!

Basically the options; "Show hidden files" and "Hide protected...." shown at 0:45 need to be put back to how they were. This isn't nessesary but it helps prevent deletion of important files afterwards. And I'm glad this helped, thanks for commenting.
