He does the same terrible sound in a NAMM booth and chuckles because he thinks it is all that,but imagine this...not seeing him play and only listening.I think everyone who said he was awesome would have a different opinion.That is the problem with videos...they help to promote a lot of trash. A newbie bass player looking at him would be in awe,and wouldn't give a fuck about how crappy he sounds.He is an awesome bass player,but when it comes to slap bass he gets a big .0000000 from me.Garbage!

I never heard such a God_Awful sound from a professional musician in all of my musical years. He has his strings set with low action for speed,but someone needs to tell him the truth.Music first and technique is second,and only if the technique enhances the quality of execution to sound.He sounds awful.I can't find the words that would describe that horrible sounding s... better.
