My Dad looked just exactly like him. My Mother saw the show when it first came on and beat me to saying he looked like him. When I saw Gen. Hammond it was like looking at my Father. I am glad a good man who played such an honorable character in my mind will always be associated with my Dad. Don Davis and he shared a lot more than just appearances. I will miss both of them always.
