Most of us are getting angry about such a disturbance. In Japan, being silent is usual manners in public trains. So, it is really ridiculous to make such a fuss and to trouble people in a train. Yamanote train is the busiest train with the heaviest commuter jam in Japan. For people who don't know about the rush hour in Japan, it is TERRIBLE! In this way, what they did may have been too much.
