and i have to add on to this too that change is suffering... or suffering of change b/c of impermanence and transitory states of migratory suffering beings roaming all of the universes since the beginningless time... one can however experience true nature of reality and peace through compassion- awareness and truth :) + investigation, cognition & motivations... all phenomena & beings r interconnected beautiful
