I tried to get Poccil's starter kit, but apparently Upokecenter has a 404 error. Is there any other way to download his starter kit, or do I have to make my own graphics? And if I do have to make my own than what do I make the graphics with?

You have to have your resolution at least 1024x768 in order to run it. Right click on your desktop, Properties (Personalize in vista), Monitor (Display settings in vista) and move the resolution scrollbar to the right (as far as you want, keep in mind the RMXP minimum :P)
