JUST REMEMBER!!! By doing this you are recirculating waste toner in your cartridge over and over again causing premature wear and failure to the drum unit. The unit is $100. plus tax and your quality will suffer too. I worked on printers and serviced them for over 10yrs. It's ok to do this to finsh a perticular job , but then you should replace the cartridge due to it not having an external waste bend. pay me now or pay me more later

Just worked on an HL-2070N I have. There's 2 windows, just cover up both with tape, and voila! Saved me from a midterm I needed printed notes for!

Can you refill the toner using toner refill from ebay and then tape the window and run that until the toner refills and repeat?
