Full House is a pretty clear reference here but for some reason the song reminds me of the Silver Spoons theme. Look up the Silver Spoons theme on youtube to see if there are any other things you notice - like the part where they bump into each other and turn around and laugh. I also think of Perfect Strangers but may be because it's a show with mainly two guys.
