If their personality is good and they let you know (directly or indirectly) that they will treat you right or you feel they will treat you right, then they are the good guys. And if it turns out they were not right for you, then break up and move on. And for the childish guys, if they act irresponsible, perverted, immature, etc; that is how they are going to act in a relationship. I feel the guys who have good academics and education, but also have good social skills are the nice guys and will treat women with respect the most out of probability. Who you date is your choice, though.
I thought about getting to know them better but it's kinda hard to get even a bit closer to them because of either their friends being there all the time (meaning the childish ones) or when the friends aren't around they only seem more distant than before... so I guess the hard part is breaking the ice huh?

It always helps to have a something in comon like if you like a sport he likes, start conversating about it.Just gradually work your way up to a good convo. Most people are open to conversing with people when they are alone (and don't look busy). So to make it simple, if he is sitting down, sit near him and say Hi and ask a question or make a statement that you think you both would be interested in or relate to.

If their personality is good and they let you know (directly or indirectly) that they will treat you right or you feel they will treat you right, then they are the good guys. And if it turns out they were not right for you, then break up and move on. Guys may be the ones to ask out the girl most of the time, but I think girls have a lot of control over the people they date too.

And for the childish guys, if they act irresponsible, perverted, immature, etc; that is how they are going to act in a relationship. I feel the guys who have good academics and education, but also have good social skills are the nice guys and will treat women with respect the most out of probability. Who you date is your choice, though.

Most people are open to conversing with people when they are alone (and don't look busy). So to make it simple, if he is sitting down, sit near him and say Hi and ask a question or make a statement that you think you both would be interested in or relate to.

anyone but especially a young woman should learn to be happy with her own self before she is to look for a partner. There is so much more to life than boyfriends and makeup but yet it's sad that a lot of girls don't realize their own potential.
I'm a guy, I would look for a girl who is "beautiful" by todays standards. Girls don't all have to like shoes or wear makeup or care about trivial matters aslong as they are happy. Find a hobby, learn about yourself, then look for love :)
