Yeah, that's actually where I got my inspiration for the title of the video. The first bit of text is "I'll be here..." and later you learn the signifgance of that whole part. Ties in nicely with the story I was telling. ^_^

All I can think of that you're refering to with this comment is the name of the video. And yes, the song is called Iris (it's listed in the description) but the VIDEO is called "I'll Be Here". It's pretty much been considered standard pratice, since AMVs first started, to call the video something different than the song name because you're naming your own work.

And if you don't like this one, fine. Everyone's got different tastes, different opinnions. My issue is you claiming it's not my work when I spent several hours over a number of days putting it together just right.

Bah, first part of that last post apparently didn't go through. IIRC, it went about like: I took existing video footage and music, yes, but I put them together to make something new. It's no different than fanart or fanfiction. Because the end result is original it is *my* work since it's my creation.
