  • This song and album period to me show's the true calabur of not only what the group in itself is capable but show's the true skill of Mike's vocal capability there will never be a lead man like him EVER all these new band's need to learn the skill of a real band because FMN are not only a band you can tell that they're a team

  • Watched them last year in Madrid Sonisphere. Goddamn Geniuses!!

  • Porn music..so an aquaitance of mine said..haha!!....bloody love this song.....awesome!!

  • 6 people were fans of the US runners who won the 200 metre run in the movie

  • i can't believe there have been six people that do not like this video. the tenth should be shot in the pinkie out of principle

  • Wish the crunch that Jon got out of his guitar during this performance was there on the studio recording.

  • This song is the sex.

  • @budogden Actually, there is one band, Mr. Bungle

  • Hell Yeah, Faith No More is back. Now if they would just play somewhere within 300 miles of Knoxville, TN

  • I hooked up with a chick during this track. She was probably imagining Mike Patton. Well I hope she was anyway.

  • @TheKellybobelly Best comment I've EVER read on youtube. Had me in stiches!

  • mike patton is fucking god.

  • they were in serbia EXIT and they were amazing, i became a fan of them since then :)

  • whadda ya think? how do we look? ::cheer:: fantastic

  • AMAZING

  • solo part starting @ 4:28 is that an EBOW???

  • @h4723d Yes sir, it is!

  • Always inspires me to sit down with this record AGAIN! and AGAIN.

  • He used to drink urine and let the Spanish spit on him during concerts (a sign of respect there). The best artist I know next to Ozzy for charisma and chaos. Long live his talents as well as the rest of the band (Puff plays for Ozzy)... Thanks. Striptease on psychadelics is the best.

  • It's so great to see FNM doing playing music on stage again. I would love for them to compose and record some new stuff too.

  • saw them in brooklyn last night. amazing night, amazing atmosphere, amazing band.

  • i cant believe im going to see michael buble with the gf instead of faith no more god i want to cry

  • @grizzlyindabed Sounds like you're in a doomed relationship mate.

  • i wish this guys never split again

  • The Best!

  • Amazing!

  • 2:00 in mike patton your the man , that may be the most impressive piece of stage presence/dancing/popping i have ever seen....brilliant....

  • God, every time I hear that transition into "Stripsearch" it's like my heart stops momentarily due to how lethally awesome it is.

  • l.o.v.e themmmmmmm

  • Patton looks like the Devil. lol

  • @pugghead IF he's the devil, send me to hell! Yessss!

  • so wow is this not blocked by WMG?

  • what other band could finish a concert like this...brlliant.

  • There is no greater band or greater song ever created!

  • great song!

in front of red curtains ... Twin Peaks influence?¿ ....

  • ooohhhh MY

  • FNM ain't cool, cooler, coolest. IT IS COOLEREST!!!!!

  • Yeah, you don't always want to take Patton too seriously in interviews. A lot of the time he's taking the piss. I had a friend about 1994 who asked FNM to sign his guitar, and he asked Patton to play it. Patton said "I can't play the guitar." Years later, I saw footage of him playing the riff to Malpractice on a video (which he wrote). He also plays guitar and bass on Peeping Tom songs. He likes to wind people up, that's just part of the fun...

  • somovi...

  • mp3iiffy now lets you grab cd-quality VEVO videos and HD YouTube videos to convert into mp3s. AWESOME> google mp3iiffy.

  • Uh!!!!!!

  • marry me patton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

  • Patton....8th wonder of the world

  • I saw them last year in Brazil....beside everything, they all can talk in portuguese!!! LOL!!!! FNM EVER!!!

    It was an amazing concert!!!!

  • Cant wait to hear this live in Brooklyn in july

  • @sharkey7722

Be right there with you homie

  • Amazing. Loved the beginning too : )

  • Blast the freakin lag caused from Google. I'm sick of these awesome videos playing choppy. And it FO-SHO aint my connection or my computer, it's friggen Google. Choppy Lag issues have been a serious issue ever since Google took over YouTube. Look it up on google even or in the youtube help forums. Everybody complains about it. Anyway. Cool introduction from what I saw so far, of Patton talking about the young whipper snappers :) Pretty funny man he is.

  • Faith No More is like America's rockier cousin to The KLF. Crazy as hell, tons of side projects and almost all of it is just freaking incredible. Not just musically incredible but 'How the hell did you think to even come up with that concept?" incredible.

  • Bowery, its an ebow brother

  • It's fucking great these guys are playing together again. This music sounds like it could've been released yesterday still. Hopefully they do a full blown U.S. tour.

  • From 4:23 on, what is Hudson using? Looks like some device to sustain the note

  • @bowery969 It's called an e-bow, infinite sustaine device.

  • Its called an ebow brother

  • this is awesome!!

  • This proves that feeling and emotion comes through the simplest of notes. You don't have to be a shredder to get the feel. Emotion runs the notes.

  • Please come to the states

  • So glad i made this one. Brilliant.....

  • Epic

  • pun intended?

  • i love hudson's guitar solo's on this song and album. not the most technically difficult but such great tone and style. ashes to ashes has another excellent one.

  • weird i didnt know he used an Ebow for that solo!

  • There's some really great vids from '97 that showcases Hudson even more than this that you'll like as well.

  • @cloudpierre - Incredible sustain

  • @cloudpierre just the ebow !!!

  • Amazing! Come to the states please!

  • Ive been there ...was really good!!

  • Man, they're the greatest!

  • Sjajno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I saw them at Spirt of Burgas this summer. They did the same combination - Chariots of Fire/Stripsearch. It was so beautiful.

  • mike sigue tan atractivo como antes y esa vooooz que provoca erecciones y contracciones mmmm

  • I wish they would play Kindergarten.

  • yeah one of my favs

  • Stripsearch is so mezmerizing i was walking with it on my Ipod, by the time the song was over I realized I was just wandering and had no idea were i was

  • I could imagine your experience. It's the magic of the moment!! And of course this song is fuckin' amazing!!

  • haha nice. great song. what is your interpretation of the song?

  • triumphant

  • @SauerkrautProduction yeah.....especially when u r high with high quality weed :p

  • Iv just rediscovered my love for FNM. So awesome. Stripsearch my fave song by them.

  • fuck yeah!! NZ tour feb 2010! Bring it!! epic epic shit!

  • Man I am so pissed I missed download this year

  • omg of all the years to miss it man!

  • simply amazing...they sound just as good as the old days live. Cant wait to be one of those fans in the crowd again.....cant wait!

  • Hey world, this is rock n´roll, reload!!!!

  • wooo hooo.

  • FNM owns the music . period

  • 2:15 Awesome fade/mix...

  • uno de los mejores temas de fnm

    el bajo se luce wn

y la voz de mike como siempre impecable

  • I was at that gig, F-ING CLASS!!!

  • brilliant

  • No band on earth is better than FNM!!

  • Fé mas nem tanto

    The very new metal !!!!!

  • I'm sure Mike's trying to be like a younger version of Don Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando's character in The Godfather)

  • And be that you mean Robert DeNiro in Part II, yes?

  • They are THE BEST Rock band EVER! They don't sound old, aged or horrible at all, this sounds BETTER than the recorded stuff! Every song from this is PERFECT!!! We will ALL get to see FNM again! Thank God!

  • @pineapplecircus haha yeah all of that is true, except they aren't rock, they actually all hate rock music. well, patton deffinately hates rock. but yeah, FNM FTW :D

  • @korvidkrow96

Odd that he said during an interview about the Crank 2 soundtrack, "I'm a fucking rock guy."

Best not to make unfounded statements, eh?

  • @pulsedemon ahh well i guess his mind changed over the past 19 years then :P in a interview from 1991, patton says "rock is dead, we aren't rock, i hate rock. ROCK IS DEAD EVERYBODY, OKAY?" lol.

  • genial

  • aguante fnm viva !!!!!!!!!!

  • avé

  • haha Mike Pattons hair at 2:07 looks like Ernie Mcrackens out of King Pin!

  • According to people I spoke to who watched some of Kings of Leon at Reading last weekend and moved onto the NME stage for these guys, Faith No More blew the ass out of the main stage headline act, so there you go!

  • doesnt suprise me,Faith no More to put it bluntly ownz KOL.......good to see them back and still absolutely rocking.

  • are FNM and Kings Of Leon (undeserving of having their name shortened to a meaningful acronym) actually sharing the same sentence?

  • one word .....WICKED!

  • "Thanks you I got a face lift"

"he used to be really good"

LMAO these guys never get old to me

  • I met mike last yr. VERY kewl guy

  • He ain't even 50 I think.

His hair sure did go gray though

  • Best Band Ever!!!!

  • You couldn't be more right!

  • Mike at 1:58 is classic.

  • Cannot wait until Reading. Really hope they play this song there

  • good to know someone will watch them instead of Kings of Crappy Leon. Crime not to, a crime so may morons will comit.

  • Greatness... Personified. Fucking PERIOD.

  • love this bassline

  • Stripsearch is melodic genius. Beautiful song with a twist. The maturity in the songwriting is really something.

  • Fanastic!

  • anyone know what that damn thing jon uses during the solo is called??

  • It's called an e-bow. It uses magnets to vibrate the strings

  • thanks a lot. it's been ages i was wandering what it was called... i remember seeing duane denison using it too on a tomahawk concert.

  • That's an E-Bow he's using..if that's spelled right?

  • perfecto!

  • I'm pretty sure it's chariots OF fire

  • What's funny is that Mike was a huge Motley Crue fan back in the day.

  • what was that about journey? haha

  • That was freakn awesome.especially the end when they wind it down,Roddys keyboards are wicked,Hudson's guitar Heavy.great band

  • 1:59 - too funny. patton is the man!

  • best band ever

  • patton rulz!

  • come to brazil motherfuckers!!

  • These eyes ... i love it

  • jajaja en CHILE first

    peace

  • Eu vi um papo assim no Orkut,e parece que eles virão com o Limp Biskit(eca!) O próprio Roddy disse que pular o Brasil nessa turne seria como "comer a própria merda"!!!!

  • Fantastic, looks like they are enjoying themselves. Long may it continue, new album?

  • Man I sure f**kiing hope so! I'm hoping that that is THE reason that they're waiting to add U.S. days (go out on support of the album?). It's a longshot, but I got nothing else right now; I can barely afford to travel out of state... forget about the continent. LOL

  • just be patient, i don't think they would disregard their US fans. anyway, it's only natural they started this way, they always were bigger in europe and south america than in the US...

  • I was at the Seattle '97 show, which, I just discovered, turned out to be their last in the U.S.

I'm hoping that Coachella isn't my only chance to catch them in SoCal now that I'm living here.

  • Mike looks like Robert Downey Jr lol

  • November in Brazil!!!!!! (better start to saving some money...)

  • Only way to change, give yourself away, don't be ashamed....close one eye, just walk by!!!!!

    universal!!

    sem palavras!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I would love to see them, but unfortunately they decided to come to the netherlands after that particular festival was already sold out!!! .......now i have to miss it....breaks my heart...

love mike patton! he's still so handsome!!

  • MIKE IS SEXY, FANTASTIC PROFESSIONAL MUSIC. FNM FOREVER!

HE STOPPED THE RAIN THEY STOPPED THE TIME! ON LIVE THEY SOUND INCREDIBLE! AMAZING! GENIUS. HE TALK TO THE CROWD HE PLAYED WITH THEM.. AND THEN CHANGED THE POLISH "ZUBRÓWKA" alkohol WITH WATER! WHO BEEN KNOWS :-) **** MIKE PATTON WE LOVE YOU ****

  • who the wha?

  • The 'keyboard guy' was one of the founding member, doofus.

  • okay, I'm sorry. I didn't know.

  • When Roddy came aboard they kicked out Mike Morris and changed the name from Faith No Man to Faith No more.

  • this band reformed his self back in the 80's. Mike Patton isn't the first singer and they have played with different guitarists and the keyboard guy came in the 90's. Only the guitar player isn't the original of the cd's. I don't care, because i just love the music. It's amazing

  • courtney love once sang for faith no more, just shows how the line-up changes

  • Roddy Bottum, keyboards, is a founding member. Guitarist played on their last album. They did go through a bunch of singers in the early days though.

  • I thought that mike ware the second

  • dude the keyboardist replaced the first one in the early 80ies

  • Yeah. Wade quit and palyed the first part of his fare-well show and Roddy finished the second half.

  • whys it sad to see bands reforming??
