1) slide from second fret to 5th fret

2)half bend, you should play the note on the 5th fret and listen to it. after that you do a half bend from the 4th fret and it should sound like the note one the 5th fret.

3) you play an open note when you hammer on the 2nd fret and then follows a pull off.
