And he doesn't just play the parts in movies that'll do well in the box office, he immerses himself in the characters because of the interest he has in them, and in the authors of these stories. He doesn't really seem to add much to the documentary, other than some sort of "cool guy" banal comments about the Clash. If he wasn't a celebrity, I don't think Temple would have included him.
