Hi Paul, you could use thepoint.com to collect the money. They accept credit cards and the card only gets pinged when the goal (in $) is reached. (The point takes 5% commission). If you pick a fixed grant amount (e.g. $10K) you can accept applications all year round and give the money as soon as it's there. Donors also can be sure there money won't sit unused in your paypal account. Bob Murphy uses The Point for his $100K debate against Ben Bernanke, google it. Anyway good luck!

It's funny that you mention White privilege because I just read an article about the White only Rhode Island scholarship in which someone said this, "It trivializes affirmative action. White people don't need scholarships. Minorities deserve the scholarships, because they are people who aren't normally privileged." Yes, because ALL White people are rich and ALL minorities are poor. You can buy the State flag from a Company called American Flag and Pole Company in Phoenix, AZ, which will add to that Company's revenue, while keeping real Americans working. Then you may want to join the Council of Conservative Citizens which is $25.00 for a year's membership. They advocate for White people. This is a great cause, too.

The state dont care about them being legal or not, they want them illegal for all they care. Immigrants from the third world is pushed for 2 main reasons:

A. More competition on the jobmarket, drives wages down.

B. They are willing to work for lower wages, which just drives down the wages that much more.

C. A disintegrated society is more materialistic which is great for creating consumer demans for different groups.

D. They are voting Parties in & the Parties keep Corpos in power

Sorry, but I really don't see that as any more cogent an explanation of immigration. I do know that immigration quotas heavily favor the educated and the techically trained in areas of technology needing filled. Moreover, I see the problematics in American education as a bureaucratic one. There is no way that the Dept. of Ed. can be effective in a country of some 300 million, without being at odds with individual states and local communities. And teachers are trained to be stale.
