The North American version of this game is called Tetris 2. Its commercial featured people holding a box of the Tetris 2 game and then it exploding in their face. Tagline: "Tetris 2 - it's got bombs in it." The actual game is a lot like Dr. Mario with multi-colored Tetris pieces, where if you destroy a flashing "leader" virus on the bottom row, all the viruses of that color disappear.
