  • that is our grandma!!!!

  • OMG LOLLING FOR LIKE 3 WHOLE MINUTES STRAIGHT

  • no 0:02

  • hmm ok seadiver2 but there are also good dive stories and videos on the net... try the myscubastory site. type myscubastory into google and its the first one

  • What happened to the people that were swimming in the water?

  • I'd call it an accident which are bound to happen, but the visitors asked to hand over their footage is bullshit.

  • owned bitches!

  • What happened to the 3 people? Any serious injuries?

  • Dolphin tricks 50 dollars. 300 lbs of mammal flesh to the face priceless LMAO.

  • "Following the incident, visitors were asked to hand over their cameras and footage was deleted."

Evidently not all of it, lol.

And this kind of stuff happens more than you think at dolphin parks - they routinely bite, nip, bump, ram, knock over and even try to mate with the tourists... comes with the stress of being a captive dolphin.

  • @FreedomForOrcas Actually it's part of being a dolphin. Dolphins and chimps, although very intelligent, are more like humans than people believe- they rape, bully, and torture each other and other species in the wild just as much as in parks. I'd be far more worried about getting in the water with a bottlenose than an orca, actually.

  • @Nirarekdan - I've actually searched for incidents in the wild of this and i haven't found anything. If you have any news articles or studies or whatnot.. i can't find it!

But yeah, BND's are actually more dangerous than people think...

  • that is a siries dolphin

  • he swims on the special side of the ocean

  • lmao... this video will not be so funny if the canera man wouldnt say hoho lmao he kill me

  • LOL WIN.

  • OWNED

  • I have been to this place. Every day these dolphins are RELEASED outside the pens and are free to leave if they choose. Wild dolphins from outside regularly show up and interact with these dolphins.

Simply put, these animals CHOOSE to be there.

  • this dolphin swims on the special side of the pool

  • I worked at the Curacao Sea Aquarium, but I know this part. It are still animals, so you can not blame them.

  • Dolphins do attack people sometimes, but they do it by ramming or swatting, sometimes biting -- not leaping on them. This looks like a mistake. Almost looks as if the dolphin started to jump, spooked and twisted to the side at the last minute. I've seen that with horses.

Shame on the park for their behavior, though.

  • right before my wife and I were going to swim with the dolphins in cancun it attacked its baby and the baby had to be taken away their not that friendly and when you are in the water with them they bump and slap with their tail.

  • It's about time people realized dolphins are not 'walt disney' angels...they are, in fact, large, powerful predators.

Although this incident may have been accidental, dolphins can be dangerous and aggressive. Bottlenose dolphins practice infanticide, kill porpoises for the heck of it and will kidnap females and perform forced copulation. This does not mean dolphins are 'bad', they are just no different to many other mammals. People need to respect dolphins more, as they are not 'teddybears'!

  • hahaha

  • 52% of respondents reported marine-mammal-inflict-

ed injuries, 89% of injuries to hands, feet, arms,

    or legs; 8% on the torso/abdomen; 4%

on the face. 30%+ injuries were severe (90

cases) either a deep wound requiring stitches, or a

  • If I was a dolphin and someone made me work, like these poor creatures have to, I'd get annoyed! The may have been born in captivity but they are still wild animals. there is a difference between domestication and habituation! Keep dolphins wild I say.

  • I swam with these dolphins. People have to remember they're still swimming with animals, raised in captivity or not. They trip up just like we do.

    What beautiful creatures.

  • Read the second link the poster of the video put in the description box. It was not an accident, but kinda, not sad but I can't find the correct word that it describes.

  • Owned! lol

  • I feel sorry for the dolphan.

  • is real there was a news story and statement about it.

  • Hey does anyone know who owns this video? Im interested in licensing it for a TV show. Please message me here if you can help. Thanks!

  • lol who cares if it is fake its funny shit

  • FAKE!

  • @spikey2strong8888 it's not fake trust me

  • dolphins are way too smart and in control for that to have been an accident. he b-lined for them. probably resentment for being treated like a performing monkey

  • agreed!

  • i enjoyed this video.....

  • dolphin academy are arses. they deleted all footage of this coz they dont wanna let people know this happened so they wouldnt get sued. what assholes.

  • seriously i was about to ask why they would do that - are they even allowd to censor like that?

  • Hahaha...Dont Mean To Be Mean x

    They Would Never Do That.

She/he Probz Done It By Accident.

    Even Animals Make Accidents.

  • ¡MIERDA'

  • Looks like the dolphin tried to turn around in the air, like, "Oh shit can't make this jump!"

  • I agree, it did look like it was trying to avoid the hit, more than it did to add to it.

  • Wow! HAHAHAHAHA that looked... painful! :D FUNKY!!

  • who doesn't want to film their family/friends swimming with dolphins.. the person who was filming his friends or family member or idk who w.e must've put it on youtube OBVIOUSLY.

D-A will never put this on youtube..

  • they probably somehow smuggled it out without Dolphin Academy knowing someone still had some footage

  • lol the dolphins all like LEEROY JENKINS

  • yea well i soort uv work at sea aquarium which is next to dolphin academy and this doesnt happen often.. well it doesnt happen at all i guess this is the first time something like that happend.. i mean they're mammals, everyone/ animal can do something wrong sometimes. =]

  • psh yeah right, i'm so sick of people like you, lie and say they work at sea world or seaquarium and make people think they're dolphin or whale trainers.

  • and I'm sick of people like you who are always brutal

I don't work with the dolphins you dumbass

i didnt even say that i work or train them.

i said "I(soort uv) work at sea aquarium which is NEXT to dolphin academy"

    u ppl cant read

  • miami seaquarium?

  • no.. curacao sea-aquarium

  • and what does "SORT OF" mean? and if you read my other message, i said sea world or sea aquarium, i never said dolphin academy

  • and i never necessarily meant YOU personally train dolphins or whales but there are so many people who lie and say they work at some popular place like sea world or some other marine park so people think they're cool, and "sort of" hardly constitutes a job there, sorry.

  • nah i understand, it's alright

  • i don't see my previous comment.. well the one where i answered you Q.

    well yea ..

I said sort of cause it's my vacation job

  • gotcha.

  • hahahah lol the dolphin hahha ownedddd betch!!

  • Lol the dolphin is like "TAKE THAT BITCHESSSS!" Those people got owned :)

  • LMFAO!! owned!!

  • LMAO!

  • can you say owned

  • you people get too much into this commenting thing...just watch the fucking video and move on

  • Radical generalist anti-captivity comments aside, there have been a string of such incidents at swim-with-dolphins facilities in Curacao, Mexico, and the Dominican. One incident had a woman bitten badly by a dolphin and they made her hide her wounds from the other visitors. It's more to do with the lousy jackasses who run the place and are more concerned with the money than the safety of their customers.

  • i bet the dolphins say this, this is what you get 4 capturing us dombass

  • is the dolphin okay??

  • Are you guys okay

  • I wonder if he did it on poipose

  • Accident? BS! That was the best aim I have ever seen. Also an interesting tidbit from Marine Connection: An interview with an employee of Dolphin Academy reveals the dolphin that landed on visitors during a swim-with programm was not Anna, as previously claimed, but was in fact Tela - the same animal that, a week later, tail-slapped one of the trainers. The interviewee also confirmed that Dolphin Academy admitted that the 'accident' was stress related.

  • HTFFanOfFlaky I think you need to reconsider your comment! Abducted kids who have been abused don't escape when they have the opportunity at times. Dogs that aren't fed right never leave their masters side! If all they (dolphins) have known for years is the trainers, they won't just leave. Dolphins are very friendly creatures and they become attached...even if it's not a good relationship!

  • that was a deliberate move on the dolphins part. wow.

  • Lmao Damn Somebody Got A Dolphin To The Face

  • haha

  • But i do adree, that being abused in a acadamy etc, it better then being servers on a silver plater.

  • for every 10 dolphins they capture in the sea, 5 die for food, 4 go to shows to be abused, and 1 are rarly to be sent back into the ocean, usually injured dolphons go back in.

  • for every 10 dolphins they capture in the sea, 5 die for food, 4 go to shows to be abused, and 1 are rarly to be sent back into the ocean, usually injured dolphons go back in.

  • Ofc thay will not go they dont know how it is to be wild. But if you teach them to hunt and teach them humans are not your friends, then they can go. But I dont saying it will be easy and go fast. That will probebly take time!

  • So wtf do you all want people to do? Let al the captive dolphins go? U think they might survive? Humanity made a mistake like we always do, now what? wipe out al the captive dolphins? Everyone is an expert! Do something about it or stop complaining. Dont see anyone trying to stop people from killing and eating dolphins.

  • Exactly. They would suffer more in the wild because they don't know the rules of it.

  • How can you have evidence that it was not a accident? Can you read the dolphin her mind? Annie is a kind dolphin. The poor dolphin was stressed because all that stupid shows.

  • good job dolphin , damnn you are dumb *they get 4 fish every time they do a trick* how would you like it if i fed you hamburgers al day long if you do tricks on demand.

  • i'd take that deal...

  • I'd be a pet if it meant getting chili con queso for following orders.

  • Bottlenose dolphins can weigh upto 750kg. Orca, the biggest dolphin can weigh upto 9 tonnes. They are big, powerful wild animals. When you are getting that close to a wild animal, you can expect accidents and attacks.

Don't know why it is so hard for people to believe dolphins can actually attack people.

  • Hmm, I just got home today from my vacation 2 Curacao and ive been there at the dolphins 2, seriusly for every little trickt they do they get like 4 fish so why are they abused? and becaus one dolphin misses its target and falls on some crowd everyone has to make a big deal out of it?

  • Its not the first accident! More follow.

  • whats the dolphins name

  • Annie, you can read it on the site dolphin academy.

  • lol

  • how did this footage survive

  • how the hell this happen hahaha

  • eheh e bestia nan tambe ta fada noh

  • besides. those dolphins are used in therapy for autist and handicap children. the sound that they produse in some how does good to the autist children. mothers that never heard their child call them mama in 8 years heird that for the first time after they had therapy at the dolhin academy in curacao. wich sure is different than the aquariums that they have in america etc. becuz in curacao they swim in deep. so they are not in a small box filled with wather, but a deep open see.

  • you mean autistic?

  • O yes! No sir these dolphins are swimming in a small pool of some square feet!

No open water no deep pool its the minimum what they get and some are kept from the wild.

  • true it was not an accident

dolphins who are stressed out or bored often attack their handlers

most orca attacks are a show of dominance

if a orca really wanted to attack, it would do what this dolphin did or use its tail

  • Nah. The dolphin was probably tired from too much that day and lost his balance.

  • So sad to see these beautiful fish stuck in a aquarium and having to please people...

We can all help by protesting or even better NOT GOING TO SEE THE SHOWS. We managed to ban this type of cruelty on our island (saint maarten).

  • it's not in an aquarium. they are in the SEA. YES as you read there. in the SEA. in the dolfinarium the dolphins even get the opportunity to go out in the big sea and swim free several times a week. if you don't know about it google it. and next time THINK and INVESTIGATE before you open your mouth.

  • That is not the point man. People are making money out of this and i find that it is still cruel that they don't get to live in the wild.

  • first of all, dolphins aint fish. get ur facts straight

second of all this aint the case for all captive dolphins. the ones that really need to be banned are mostly in asia and mexico

  • gosh i known they are not fish man.You are right about the fact that it is not the case for all dolphins. But i still hate the fact that they are not in the wild.

  • If the dolphins didn't like it they could escape any time they wanted during the time they're out in the sea.

  • fish?.. if u really think a dolphin is a fish, you're in no position to even comment and bitch about all that PETA anti-captivity stuff.

even if you do know it's not a fish, don't say that shit, it makes u look ignorant as hell.

  • listen you ass, i know it isn't a fish but a mamal. I know them very well because i get to see them when i go on fishing trips. I even jump in with them out in the middle of nowhere out at sea. So please just close it because you don't know half as much as me when it comes to the ocean...

  • What the hell? jeez chill the fuck out! I said even if you do know it's not a fish (which I figured you knew), calling it a fish makes you look ignorant. By the way, it's spelled mammal, smartass. And you know dolphins cuz you see them when you go fishing? Jee how impressive, I took a marine biology class in college so maybe, I know just as much about them as you do.

  • And how do you figure I only know half as much as you do about the ocean, ONLY cuz I said u sound ignorant for calling em fish? What does the OCEAN have to do with any of this, anyway? Kind of a weird and random assumption..

  • yep... btw sorry for the spelling (i go to a french school) and i guess the discussion is closed because of the fact that you did the marine biology course. I respect that because am going to do the same. And i apologise for the severe therms i employed...

  • that's okay, i'm sorry too, i was having a bad day but i shouldnt have taken it out on you. :( my apologies again.. take care.

  • thanks you too...

  • The bet place to be for a dolphins is in the sea! Not in an aquarium, they get stress of course, they never stop training and working. Everything for some good dollars, it s a shame.

  • That's some Dolphin Pwn4g3 right there cheeseheads

  • hahhahhahaha

  • Please, Read the comment on Dolphin Academy dot com.

  • that so doesnt look accidenatl

  • It was on purpose

I have the evidence from 5 experts.

  • Captive dolphins? No problem!

  • That was on purpose, if you watch closely!

  • Yes this was on purpose.

I have 5 statements of experts who write this.

Its normal for dolphins who are kept for many years.
