Nice job Alex! My olympic coach told me to absorb the weight a bit more when lowering it back to shoulders. He said if you keep stiff that it can hurt the back as the weight increases.

If I put down military or strict press, then it would be. I just put down overhead press as that's what it was.

He put the bar over his head. It was an overhead press. Push press, jerk, strict are all forms of overhead pressing.
