Who cares for HHO if you burn grease ????? Grease cost nothing ! By the way, I have a 1985 300D with new injectors, I do up to 38mpg without all that setup ! Believe it or not !
Those filters are crap men, U are making the engine breade hot air.....The best thing u can do is to get the old filter housing and get a Knn filter in there, the old set up comes with a factory cold ram air wish help ur engine and give you some extra HP power......
For all of you thinking of doing this to your benz, it is a great idea. TWO MAJOR MODIFICATIONS THO... BE sure that the T piece connects to another T piece with an AIR FILTER VENT--otherwise yer dipstick will be overflowing with too much pressure for those of you with older engines and lots of blowby-- I ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT BY THE SPECTOR FILTER...TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT IT AND BY THE K&N ONE THAT IS TWICE THE SIZE FOR TWICE THE PRICE (TWICE THE SUCTION AREA)- i TRIED BOTH, BIG DIFERENCE
@urbex2007 I just bought the same filter and my car is way faster, runs smoother, sounds better, better milage. I don't know what your trying to say here maybe you should stick to something else and NOT DIESEL CARS.
hi, i basically have the same filter adaptor and hoses . My question is when you lift your the needle to check the oil does it have oil all over it or just the bottom? Mine gets cover in oil. HELP let me know thank you
Oh dear, you have replaced a good air FILTER with something that has a much smaller surface area and bigger holes to sandblast your turbo and engine!
You need to learn about FILTRATION. You have slowed your car down and lied about extra MPG. You're another clueless victim of advertising and marketing. Never allow unfiltered air in to a turbo - use an air FILTER, not the piece of junk you have. Hydrogen is also a con, your ECU is not controlling fuel preference you plonker. Learn about cars.
@urbex2007 maybe you should learn more about this diesel because #1 it doesn't have an ECU #2 u can see how many microns these filters filter down to compared to stock and #3 i have a HHO in my car and it has increased mileage by 13%. so my guess is that u have never built a hydrogen generator and u have no clue about the mercedes older diesel engines
Nice video and keep up the good work. I see that you still have your EGR valve; have you block it or it is still working. I have a block kit on mine. 1985 300D
There's some block kit for sale on ebay but if you are a little mecanically incline, you can make your own. You just need to block the tube that goes to the EGR valve and also block the vacum hose ; Voila !
I dont think the placement of the CCV in the video is effective. The hard pipe under the stock aircleaner is the oil drain back. Why the CCV hose is attached to it is unknown.
Connecting the CCV directly to the front of the turbo is going to suck oil vapours into the turbo inlet making a mess. Needs a catch can. best to drain catch can back into oil pan to maintain oil level.
hi ,wot sort of mpg increase are you getting? if increased..can u tell me how its plumbed in detail, ive got 2.5 turbo diesel+30amp pwm ,hho input just b4 turbo ...no increased mpg,it doesnt seem 2 penetrate turbo, do u think i should t into pcv to assist?ive got doubled mpg on my non turbo diesel.thanks .colin.
I haven't been messing with mine. I have been running my car on grease so I don't pay much attention to the mpg. I'll start checking it soon and will get back with you.
Hey man, That is one awesome vid. Keep up the good work! I am getting ready to buy the parts for the air system for my car ( I have An 85 Benz Turbo diesel) but i have 1 question, the adapter from the turbo to the grommet kit;is that a 3 inch to 2.5 inch adapter? That is the only thing holding me back.
Actually its not. Air cleaner is easy to get to and clean. HHO only needs filled every other week (500 miles or a week.) This car runs so much better since changing air filter system, adding HHO and running off grease. A good friend bought the exact same car (year, model, only diff is color) around the same time as me and mine has almost twice the power now compared to his. (Probably 25% - 30% to be more exact.)
Hei,how are your expierence with your hho booster so far.
I noticed that with my car there were no positive effect in mpg and the problem seems to in the turbo,no people told me to go after the turbo in with the gas, that sounds a little bit strange to me because the atmosphere after the turbo shoudn`tbe a vacuum , so iam a little bit confused at the moment
well you converted your COLD air intake "original air box" into a HOT air intake. I know its sounds great i too did that, but i am going to make custom air box soon so it could take that cooler fresh air. Nice HHO gens
Man, I´ve got a C220 Diesel and I live in Portugal. I´ve been searching for a way to put my car running on Diesel/HHO for some time. Your car has a turbo, mine doesn´t. Can I make a big difference using HHO in my air intake? Difference in fuel consumption...Great job man, wish we all did that for the sake of nature and to get rid of rich oil arabe mofu´s. cheers!
Well spoken, Arab MOFO's! LOL! You can make a difference by adding an HHO cell. It does not matter if you have a turbo, you run on gas, propane or anything. As long as your engine is interal combustion it will help.
Good Luck! And if I make it over the big pond (the Atlantic Ocean) I will want to see your HHO cell. BTW- do you have any good jobs over there?
Man, I don´t know about jobs but, if you bring your homemade technology and sell it to people, I PROMISE people will buy it and you´ll make lots of euros! I´m going to experiment on a Opel Corsa 1.2L before trying it on my Merc. The opel is gasoline, the Merc is Diesel. If everything goes well with the old corsa than I´ll try it for keeps on the Mercedes. Don´t want to risk it first on the better car, u know?

No oxygen sensors on older cars. You can trick the O2 sensors with some simple electronics so you can run HHO.

I build and sell the boosters.
I took this video the day after I installed the filter, so give me a little while to see what it does.
But before the boosters I got 21-23 (usually 23) with the boosters I get 28-30mpg.
