@Nigh1shad3 The coffee isn't burnt, it's just that most of the shots have chocolate sprinkled over them before they are poured. It just gives you a nicer canvas and is also a nice way to present cappuccinos.

normally UHT milks start out thicker, how much water is added is another thing but try some Gossner UHT milk. i think you will be happy.

I told u, from my personal expierience, that UHT milk works just as well if not better.

open your mind and accept the fact that what you bet is wrong.

just like everything else, different companies have different formulas and the one i use is thicker than regular milk to start out with. steaming it makes it that much thicker.
