The Ref's shirts are different for state anyways. Normally they look different than this. And yes it's in a high school, they have an extremely big facility but this was in their smaller gym.

In the finals of any tournament match, 2 refs are required if possible. Can you name a state that doesnt host the State Tournament in a coliseum or an arena? I didnt know you could fit thousands of people in a HS gymnasium.
