yes i watched those videos earlier today. but you say his disc had already disappeared - so that means the problem was resolving, and nearly resolved, right? He had waited a year and I've spoken to people who have had sequestrated discs that have disappeared after time... but having remaining symtpoms could have just been the aftermath, right? like how people after surgery still have symptoms but then they go within a few weeks and are better. I will read your website...
IV disc is a vacuum. TENSILE forces are GREATER than compressive, being a vacuum, the nucleus will go to area of LEAST resistance. when in flexion, the nucleus goes anterior, as the greater tensile force is posterior and lesser compressive force is anterior, in EXTENSION the nucleus will actually then go POSTERIOR. the predominant and best treatment for "disc bulges" that do go posterior is FLEXION/DISTRACTION
because I've something to say. my argument is all backed up in MEDICAL LITERATURE. I'm not making this up. the "experts" just don't know any better, and by accident of fate, I do.
I suggest you read my site and educate yourself on the FACTS. it's obvious you don't know them.
don't believe me, I don't care. you're the one missing out. time will prove me correct.
no offense meant, but all my pain started with my herniated disc, i'm 19 so it wasn't just there by ageing. i don't think it's right to say herniated discs NEVER cause pain. just because some people have them and they don't cause pain doesn't mean they never do. For example I had it undetected for about 3 months before I made it worse with high impact exercise. And even now with a moderate disc herniation my pain suggests it's much smaller; everyone's different...
again, read my site and educate yourself. I used to say the same thing until danny f. came through my door. if that case doesn't convince you, I've nothing to say.
I had similar reactions when I was introduced to this work, but it's been proving itself to me for 20 year now, that's why I'm quite confident. and it's not magic, rather technique and bloody hard work. we earn our results. and in the end, it's the dawn of a new day. all this disc theory is like the earth being flat.
(continued) and how come symptoms include weakness and some have CES? how come forward bending makes it hurt more if it isn't the disc, for example? i think you've got to look at the size of the disc bulge... the people who had them but didn't have pain probably just didnt have it touching a nerve.
I'd like to believe you, sure, then maybe I could actually fix my back, but my MRI shows a prolapsed disc and I'm sure as hell not going to tempt fate and start messing about with it.
people and conditions come in every shade of grey. I had a guy w/ a disc nearly occluding his entire spinal canal. if you have 13 mm of space it's a surgical emergency. he had 5 mm.
w/c denied payment for surgery. in the end a 2nd mri showed this disc completely disappeared. yet he still had symptoms! then he found me and I fixed him. this is how I know what I know. for the last time, READ / WATH my website. you don't know the facts regarding discs - from medical literature!
i believe your judgement in saying muscles play a big role, but are you saying that the pain i have had at 19 years of age is actually just due to my muscles, and the herniated disc is a coincidence (even though it shows a pinched nerve on MRI), or the problems with the muscles is a result of the disc bulge (or vice versa)? I'm certain I didn't have a disc bulge before onset of the pain, it's obvious I didn't. I hurt my back!
Thanks for your time by the way, your site is interesting.
yes. and it only APPEARS he disc is pinching the nerve. it is NOT.
plenty of people have discs and NO pain.
the problem is: it doesn't feel like a muscle. there is no apparent spasm. and what can you say when pain is chronic and unresolved w/ all manner of muscle therapy.
hello world, there's a better way to treat muscles, and it solves the mystery of back pain. quote me on it.
it would also appear the living room couch is cutting off the electricity to the lamp - but it doesn't.
the fact is the symptoms don't match at all. discs herniate to one side yet pain goes down the other. they disappear. etc. they are grasping to explain because we've had no better explanation.
I am NOT the genius, just a messenger. and a big fan of the work.
I can't imagine going thru life and NOT getting this done. the grace of god to come across it. I feel sorry for you.

outdated model. look at the medical literature, there is no correlation between discs and back pain.
very understandable why world is stuck on it. it's what we were raised on and they have nothing better to replace it with. I do.

how come you've gone round every single youtube video relating to discs and said this? p.s. i have a herniated disc and i don't believe you.

also, you don't have to believe me. when I fix people they feel it, they don't have to think about it.
