@MTVquibs I would imagine that it would take a while for him to learn how to even bend his legs completely. But even if he can't bend them completely, it would stop all the ridicule he dealt with for all those years.
Amazing that people in our own country are dying in the streets because they can't afford medical care, but our doctors are going to other countries and helping their people for free! God bless the USA, man!
@stloakla Idiot, what about the millions of dollars you made out of these people's blood diamonds, speculating stock exchange prices on chocolate and coffee harvested by children, weapons sales so they can murder each other, etc?
@stloakla If your child trips and skins is knee or breaks a limb etc. he/she can get help. In other countries in areas like West Africa, a simple skinned knee can lead to death because of infection and lack of the even possibility of help.
I was able to meet Abel on the ship last summer--his smile can light up a room! He and his father were the nicest people and so appreciative that Abel's legs were straightened. Thanks to all the doctors--including Dr. Frank Haydon---who transformed this boy.
but can he bend them?

@stloakla Not going to disagree with you here, but every one has some sort of opportunity in America, not the case in poor countries
