If you watch that Ortiz/Maidana fight, Victors corner seem to talk him out of the fight after the 5th. Maidana is a big puncher but he wings his punches, Khan would beat him no problem. Well in all Khans fights from now on are no easier options, all fighters at the lightweight division will bring different problems to the table. Good video. I actually believe Malignaggi is a harder test for Khan than Maidana. I havn't seen Khan in with a boxer like Paulie yet, a fairly slick boxer with decent speed. Reconisable or not, Maidana holds that one big punch that can make a difference and at some point in the fight he will catch you with it, unless you are a really good boxer with a good chin. I think boxers like Paulie are more dangerous than fighers like Maidana, simply because they are prepared to wait for the opportunity and have some sort of game plan under their belt, whereas Maidana would want to go in there and knock someone out and that doesn't always work out when your up agnst a gd bxr

Good point about giving Khan a proper U.S. debut fight. Tip toeing around Maidana for 12 rounds is not a good way to impress the fight fans in this country. In a way, Paulie is a dangerous underdog opponent to try and pad your record against, not to mention it's not the usual style that Khan would look good against. I have quite a bit of interest in this one.

Tim Bradley is a far more superior boxer than Kahn. Amir may well win on points against Pauli but i think he's improved since Hatton and has a far better chin.
