  • Hey dude, i got alot of these cars over christmas (adding to my huge collection) and a cd full of cardstock buildings. I like your Balsa wood Structures, but do you have any tips for making these films?

  • @Thomasmodeler Yeah...get really baked first. It helps a lot.

  • best stop motion car movie maker in the universe!!!!!u own this!!!!!!

  • someone has a lot of time on his hands lol

  • you r the BEST stop motion car movie maker EVER

  • WoW! you have my dream set up there all the trees and grass and tracks. You could make a load of money seling these vid's, and i'd be the first in line! keep up the godly work.

  • This was one cool flick man! To me this was a lot better than your Mayhem movie. Great work man! I'm curious though, was some of those cars remote control cause I noticed at one part the cars were running very smooth. Other than that, your work is very impressive though.

  • in the smooth running parts, the set is tilted so the car will roll downhill.

  • Interesting.

  • how did you make the fire when the truck got hit my the tank shell???

  • I took the fire overlay from the Live Type program on my computer and superimposed it on the car, then added a couple of mattes to make it seem to come from behind the car and grow around the car as it flew through the air. Does that make any sense?

  • kinda but is there an easer way

  • Well I actually bluescreened the car and then put it in after. Sorry I didn't mention that before. That is probably the easiest way. Take your background shot, place the flames on the screen, then put the car over that, and the you could put another fireball on top of that. I then keyframed the whole thing to move across the screen

  • woohoo new film, great stuff guys
