  • Ahah if you turn the brightness down, you can see that what's in the bowl is that gree coloured aloe gel. Obviously from the bottle, because aloe gel isn't naturally green...

  • I've only used this topically by breaking it, pulverizing to a mash and then applying. It's almost like a cactus in terms of fluid retention (might even be related). Great for burns, good to extract water from, but some steps were skipped here.

Change your shirt between videos, take your time. It doesn't have to be done in one day.

Obviously you have a million ideas driving you. Slow down. Let the thoughts grow as you research further.

Quality over quantity is priority. Form follows function.

  • hey try my semen....it's done in 5 minutes. Nutritious and good for skin =)

  • I think she meant to say break it open...not crack.

  • I had to watch this twice, are you for real? Why are you misleading people. You cannot crack open an aloe leaf like it's an egg.You have to peel it and blend or juice it. It's like gelatine after you peel it . C'mon i live in the Tropics and we use these for sunburns and as a natural cleanser. STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @beachcomber4evah i agree, i just got a plant and came on here to see how to use it, and this video is totally wrong!!

  • I've read that some varieties are poisonous - so make sure that the kind you are consuming is safe.

  • Wow! I didn't know you could drink it!
