@jhazelrascal555 It's a bonus. Just beat the game, then start a new game and it will give you the option between playing as Sora and Riku. Choose Riku, make a new save file, and enjoy your Riku epicness.

This is on the PS2, yes but unfortunately it never made it to Australia, sorry. You'll need to import it outside the country.

Good question, I was actually thinking about that not too long ago. I wouldn't know, if there are any restrictions, I would buy the Swap Magic disk. Thing is, I don't know if Australia has any code to their games like the US or Japan, so I'm not too confident on whether or not the disk would work in changing the region.

Haha, Well i haven't gotten far on the GBA version. I got stuck on the first level (traverse town). Wouldn't let me through the door as i didn't have the right card haha

Do you need to sit through the credits to unlock this? Cause I skipped through those but I ended up at the same menu...I really don't want to fight Marluxia again, I won on the first try but it was pure luck.

I don't think so, that would be evil if Square had decided to do that. If you press New Game (after watching the credits/skipping credits) it should give you the option of starting as Sora or Riku.

@RoxasNova No, it did that. I actually beat Marluxia faster and alot more easier though, and the credits weren't too long, so it's all good! Riku's story is cool so far, a little lacking in storyline, but maybe it gets better later? Or maybe Sora's story was complex enough O_O

Honestly, R/R does lack that storyline that Sora's did. I'm guessing it was because Riku never had a big, over the top adventure in the previous KH, thus creating no substantial memory for him outside of Hollow Bastion & Destiny Islands.

Don't get me wrong though, it's still entertaining to say the least.

Yes... this is the hardest KH I've ever played. I'm on the first Vexen fight, and It's REALLY annoying. The closest I've got him was maybe a half bar to go. Then he uses that cheapo move Freeze, which is near impossible to dodge, and kills me. I've gotten to the end before, on the GBA version, but the PS2 version is just insane, still a good game though. And, apparently, I don't know how to build a deck or play my cards right. I gaurantee if it was a normal type KH game, it'd be really easy.

...This game, is unrelentingly hard. I just finished the first fight against Larxene on this playthrough, and it was annoyingly difficult. It's a great game, good story, with an awesome battle mechanic., but it's just really hard. Even on beginner mode.

Recap: Great Game, awesome story/mechanic, but the difficulty is turned up a bit too much. 4/5 stars.

If you play your cards right (no pun intended) it's really easy. I'll admit it's probably the hardest KH so far, but there's an easy way around it. I guess I feel that way after beating the original version so many times.

He has his heart here, he never lost his memories. He takes the "road to dawn", a path between light and dark so yeah, in a way he's back.
